The combat forms all died thanks to Rhi's fighting ability. Frederick managed to fend off the infection forms, but he only had one clip left in his shotgun. The mongoose ran over some combat forms. "Let's get a move on! We aren't about to lose another Spartan to those things!" the gunner yelled.

Fredericks energy shields recharged just before a carrier form flanked him and exploded. The mongoose (and the falcons) gave covering fire. The damaged Scorpion and marines were returning to the base.

A large mass of infection forms popped. Two combat forms landed in front of Rhi. The mongoose ran over a combat form as it tried to draw of some of the carrier forms.

One of the combat forms lost an arm but didn't die. The other launched itself forward into Rhi. (Oh my gosh I just misspelled that forward and one of the spellcheck options was Crawford! XD)

The combat form died. The one-armed combat form was joined by three others. Frederick shotgunned a carrier form then jumped back to avoid the explosion. A combat form bear-hugged him, but he headbutted it and shot it.
