The combat form died with it's tendril on the accelerator. The Warthog drove full speed ahead into some ammo crates, smashing the ammo to pieces and flipping the Warthog.

Rhi cried out as her shoulder slammed into something as the warthog flipped. "Ow." She groaned as she landed in a crumpled heap under the warthog, the combat form's body falling on top of her.
