The infection forms all popped. The Sergeant began to move down into the almost-valley, gun raised. (couldn't think of a better word XD)

The Revenant, two clusters of grunts and two of the Ultras were firing up at a charging swarm of leaping infected covenant and infection forms. The Sergeant fired at half of a combat form dragging itself down the hill. "That is just wrong."

Two combat forms were killed by Rhi's grenade. More flood were killed by fire from the Ultras and the Revenant, but all the grunts did were fire the odd shot and scream. Several combat forms began to try and flank the group of covenant, but hadn't noticed they were heading right towards Rhi and the Sergeant.
