From what I can gather he commands the Siege Dancers from an Imperial Land Tank outside of Rubicon. He\'s well protected, but with the right team, we can punch through those defenses, take this beast out, and break their grip on Freehold.

Rhi let the needler fall to the ground and raised her hands. She winced a bit as the movement caused her scratches to sting. Scratches and grazes. Nothing I can't handle, just an annoyance. She thought.
(Edit gosh darn it! Why am I always missing out the 'r' in needler?! D:<)
