Two grunts fired at the Sergeant as he headed down the hill, firing back at a swarm of infection forms. Sergeant Harrenly swore at the grunts and kept running. The grunts then switched target from him to the infection forms.

Suddenly the hill was raked by banshee fire as two banshees strafed some combat forms. A Phantom flew down, firing into the covenant and releasing a zealot squad and some Skirmishers. "Although, they seem to be doing fine by themselves."

The Sergeant finished off the infection forms. A needle stabbed into The Sergeant's shoulderpad and exploded, knocking him to the ground. The newly arrived Skirmishers moved up, guns ready. "Why does everyone shoot at me?" Sergeant Harrenly grumbled.

The Skirmishers growled and hissed at Rhi. Two combat forms charged down towards the Skirmishers, but were cut down by their fire. The Skirmishers realized they had better things to do than argue with an Elite so moved off. "Thanks." The Sergeant said, standing up.

A Gigantic swarm of infection forms floated down the hill, bunches of Carriers in the cloud. There were virtually no combat forms or Tank forms however.

"I don't think those will help much." The Sergeant backed away from the hill rapidly, firing his plasma repeater at some infection forms off to his right. Fuelrods and plasma charges fired into the clouds of infection forms, popping hundreds of infection forms and detonating several Carriers. The banshees made a second pass, but one was swarmed with infection forms and crashed, relatively intact, nearby.
