Crystal looked up at Taylor.  "I'm fine." She muttered bitterly.  "I crashed into a few spikes and bled, big deal." She rolled her eyes.  "I just healed myself with my faerie magic and i'm fine now.  You can go do whatever you want now, don't just stand there and stare at me like some idiot who cares about every single person in the world." She couldn't help giving Taylor a dark look.  Taylor didn't make her angry or anything, that's just Crystal's nature.

She flapped her wings and took off gracefully, this time not losing her balance or anything.  Maybe that fall trained her or something, now she's flying easily.  Or maybe she just gets used to things quickly.  She flew around in the air for a while, deciding to train here instead of that spike place.  Okay, maybe just one more try.  She flew back to the entrance of the flight course, hesitated for a while and thought about it, then flew in, this time more cautious of her moves.

She found herself flying fast and easily through the course, and was soon at the end.  That was easy.  Now she felt really stupid for falling that time.

Taylor shrugged as Crystal took off again. She let her own wings unfurl again and the dark black feathers cast a whispy shadow on the ground. She leaped into the air and flapped her wings a few times, leveling out. She stroked faster and rose higher, the spikes disappearing under her. She looped around before shooting off through the obstacle course. A swinging tire that you had to fly through was in her way and she rose a bit higher before closing her wings against her back. She shot through the hole of the tire and opened her wings. They caught the wind and she sailed higher, leaving the obstacle course. "I don't think I'll ever land." She said, stretching her arms out and banking to her left.

Maybe it could be after the battle or something, to surprise everyone? :D))

Crystal flew through the air, easily gliding and swooping around and over things like trees.  Now what to practice?  Spells, healing, or just strength?  Or maybe she could transform back into her demon form and take over Mrs. Meriwether like she had considered doing before.  Still flying with the wind blowing her hair, Crystal continued to think about what to do.  Then she got an idea.  She could bring a few of those dolls to life and then use them to take over the school, like that kid did last year.  But wait, that was for witches, not for faeries.

She sighed, and continued her thinking.  Oh whatever, she should just take over Mrs. Meriwether, that would be fun.  She landed gently on the ground, barely making a noise, and took a deep breath.  Not that the transformation was painful or anything, she just tended to do that to regain energy before transforming.  She closed her eyes, and began to transform again.

Her ponytail fell straight down and grew until it was up to her thigh, and the shade of pink lightened, now a rather light shade of pink.  The curls in her hair straightened, and her eye color turned into a mixture of purple, magenta and red.  Demon horns sprouted out of her head, and slowly grew longer and bigger until they were at the correct length and size.  Ribbons appeared out of thin air and tied around the demon horns ((I just noticed that she had ribbons on her horns in her picture xD)).  Her body began to glow the blinding shade of white again, and after a few seconds it began to slowly fade away, revealing her demon outfit.  Her demon outfit covered very little of her body, she had very short shorts that only covered her waist and you-know-what, and her upper outfit only covered some of her neck and breast, so her whole stomach was showing, or at least everything above the waist and lower than the breast was showing. ((And the rest of her pic's deion i'm too lazy to explain, so if you wanna know the colors and everything else go see for yourself. ;c))

When she finished transforming, she opened her eyes, and couldn't help smirking.  Prepare to be taken over, Mrs. Meriwether.

Maksis strode out of the large building that was the school. He held a hand up to his forehead, blocking out the light of the sun, and spotted dark wings flapping in the sky. He recognized Taylor instantly and smiled as he saw her getting used to the wings. He concentrated on the image of a hawk and imagined himself with giant hawk wings identical in size to Taylor's. They seemed to spread out from his back effortlessly. He unfurled them slowly, the brown spots dancing in the sunlight. He flapped them a few times and rolled his shoulders, getting used to the feeling.

With a small grunt, Maksis took off running. He opened his wings and leaped off of the ground. He flapped his wings a few times, gaining altitude, before stroking his way toward Taylor. She glanced to her right and saw him, giving him a small wave as she did so.

"Hey Maks." She yelled as she flapped over to him. Maksis smiled at her and gave his own hello. "I've been thinking about entering the contest." He said and Taylor rolled her eyes before turning to her left and inclining herself downward. Maksis pulled himself into a steep dive, matching her pace. Ten feet from the ground, Taylor flung open her wings. The air caught them and with a couple of flaps, she landed on the ground gently. Maksis fell as he tried to land and Taylor laughed. He rolled his eyes at her. "No, I"m serious. I want to enter." He said.

"Fine. Go ahead." Taylor said dismissively. It would be fun to watch her brother make a fool out of himself at the games.

"I wasn't asking your permission. See ya later." He said before letting his wings slide into his back. His eyes morphed and turned catlike and his body structure shook as he let himself turn into a black panther. He shook his head as the transformation completed and took off at a run. Taylor merely rolled her eyes at him.

((Lol, too lazy to describe how Maksis transformed, right? xD

Typing up every detail of how Crystal transformed tired me a lot, I don't think i'll be doing another of those deions in a while. xDD  I would have explained more of how Crystal took over Mrs. Meriwether, but the other post's deion of her transformation tired me out like I said before. :P -random-))

Crystal began to head towards the door, still smirking.  This would be fun.  Her hands reached for the handle, and she soon found herself grabbing the handle so tightly that her knuckles were white.  Wow, the handle felt really cold.  She turned it, and pulled the door open, and was soon in her clas.sroom.  Yes, there were other places in this school, but since there was only one clas.s the door near the training course and all sorts of equipment lead to her clas.sroom.

Mrs. Meriwether immediately looked up at her, and lifted her glas.ses so that they would be in the correct position and she could see Crystal better.  "Yes?" She asked, sounding slightly disturbed.  She had been calling the other teachers in the school, the ones who set up parties and everything.  Luckily she had finished calling the last one by the time Crystal got there.

But Crystal didn't answer, now the smirk more of a devilish grin.  Then she lunged at Mrs. Meriwether, concentrating on controlling her.  She felt herself 'sink' into her body, and everything turned black.  Soon her sight returned to her, but she wasn't looking through her eyes.  She was looking through Mrs. Meriwether's.

"Wow, that was easy." She said, shocked.  Then she realized something.  Her voice wasn't her own, either.  It was Mrs. Meriwether's.  This was so cool!  She could go around the school in Mrs. Meriwether's body and talk to teachers and get them to have a bad impression on Mrs. Meriwether.  That would rock.

She got up from the desk, not used to the feeling of 'oldness'.  Mrs. Meriwether was old, like most teachers. Her skin was wrinkly and her bones were old.  She walked to the door, and opened it.  She spotted Taylor, and decided to mess around with her.  Crystal wouldn't mind messing around with others in her own body, but messing around with someone in disguise and someone else just gave you some sort of 'hidden and protected' kind of feeling.

She walked up to Taylor, and glared.  "Stupid student!" She yelled angrily.  Wow, it sure was fun taking over Mrs. Meriwether when the real identity was so well hidden.  The voice and everything was like Mrs. Meriwether.  "Taylor, you are such a bad girl." She scolded for no reason.  "Your brother Maksis is much more well-behaved and good-looking than you." ((I changed my mind.  I will make Crystal have a crush on Maksis, even ifhe isn't good with romances. xD))

She just stood there for a moment, and then continued talking.  "You smell like rotten cheese and are as ugly as a rat."

Taylor glanced up as Mrs. Meriwether approached her and began to yell in her face. She had no idea how to react to the teacher as she scolded her for no reason. Perplexed, she shuffled her feet around and tried to stop herself from bursting out into loud guffaws. She scratched the back of her head in embara.ssment, but when Mrs. Meriwether made fun of her being ugly, her eyes flared up. "Mrs. Meriwether, I know you're a teacher and all, but that was taking it too far." She said before lunging at the teacher.

She closed her eyes as she soared through the air and black fur sprouted from her skin and her clothes dissappeared, being replaced by fur. Claws grew out of her fingernails and her hands turned into paws. Her eyes grew more rounded, but the gray color stayed the same. She let her raven wings grow out of her back, too, wanting to be able to make a quick getaway as soon as she taught this teacher a lesson. "Take that back." She snarled as she shot toward Mrs. Meriwether.

[[I didn't know how to make her react. XD And yeah, Maks is boring so I didn't want to explain his trans. XD ]]

The attack hit, which made Mrs. Meriwether slam a wall, and Crystal accidentally slipped out of Mrs. Meriwether's body.  When she slipped out it looked like a very faded ghostly version of Crystal slipped right out, and then color returned to her.  Crystal blinked, and looked around.  Darn, she had slipped out.  Now what?  Taylor would be angry, thats for sure.

But then she found herself laughing darkly.  Her laugh wasn't ever cheerful or sweet, nor was it too evil.  It was in between.  "You actually thought that was Mrs. Meriwether, didn't you?" And she continued to chuckle darkly.  She got up, and then walked away, as if nothing had happened.  Then she turned around.  "Oh, and attack me if you want, but I can just heal myself."

Crystal transformed into her faerie form, and chuckled darkly before setting off again. ((Told you I was too lazy. xD))

Mrs. Meriwether felt weak from the attack, and had very little memory as to what just happened.  When Crystal took over her she had managed to wipe out the memory of her taking over Mrs. Meriwether.  She had just woken up to see Crystal chuckling darkly next to her, and Taylor nearby.

"W-what just happened?" She asked, confused.

((I just realized that Crystal probably won't be allowed into the battle or dance party because of this. D8)) 

Taylor felt her anger die down and she forced herself to shift back to her human form. She glowered at Crystal for a moment before turning to Mrs. Meriwether. "Nothing happened. You came out of the building, tripped, and hit your head." She explained through clenched teeth. Taylor turned around and approached Crystal. She stopped momentarily and opened her mouth. "We'll take this to the contest." She said and strode forward, not waiting for a reply. She found Maksis in his panther form around the corner. He blinked sympathetic green eyes and Taylor sighed. He shifted back to human form and clasped a hand on her back. "Let's go train." He said and Taylor nodded, determination in her gray eyes.

Maksis held his hands out in front of him in a defensive position as Taylor gave him a powerful kick. He easily blocked it and Taylor surged forward with frustration. Maksis sidestepped easily and Taylor kicked his feet out from under him. Surprised, he went down. Taylor pulled him up. "That was good, but you're still too predictable." He said with a thoughtful look on his face. "I suggest you work on your speed at morphing. You're still pretty slow with it." He said and Taylor nodded. She focused her thoughts on the dark wings she was growing so accustomed to already. They fanned out of her back quickly and Maksis nodded with approval. Taylor then made herself transform into a wolf and in a matter of seconds, her whole form had changed. "Good. Now try going from all wolf to all raven." He said and Taylor felt her wolfy grin slide off of her face.

She concentrated on a raven and her wolf form shuddered before it slowly shrank and she found herself looking up at Maksis with beady gray eyes. "That was pretty good. Keep practicing." He said and Taylor shifted back to a human. "Maks, I've been thinkng that I should try a new course. Dragons interest me." She said and Maksis stopped. "Don't overwhelm yourself and don't try dragon shifting during the fight. You don't need to win this. It's all fun and games." He said and Taylor sighed.

Crystal smirked when Taylor said 'we'll take this to the contest'.  Now she could battle Taylor.  Maybe when Taylor was in human form during the battle she could take over her and cause Taylor to faint, and at the last second Crystal would slip out of her body and still remain conscious.  But at the moment she was a faerie, so she's transform during battle.

Crystal could transform quickly, but not too quick.  Everything but the clothes changing was quick, and the clothes changing was less than 6 seconds, so it was quick.  She flew into the air, and headed towards the door that lead to the spell room.  She could practice spells there.  But before she could get there Mrs. Meriwether shouted something.

"Everyone!" The teacher shouted.  "Sorry for the delay, I fell and hit my head.  But now I am glad to announce that the contest shall begin!"

Crystal flew back as quickly as she could, a look of delight on her face.  She slowed down as she got near the ground, and landed gently.  "Finally." She said quietly, smirking.

Crystal didn't know what to respond.  Was Maksis actually talking to her?  "Uh, no.  It's fine." She said quickly, blushing.  Why is it that she doesn't know to speak to him?  She was naturally a dark person, but when it came to talking to her crush she just didn't know what to say.  To others she would normally just give them some short response in her dark voice, she was like that.  But it's not like she doesn't always sound dark, she always sounds dark even when she's not really trying.  It's in her nature, or personality.

Mrs. Meriwether motioned for everyone to go to the battle field.  "Once everyone is on the bleachers, i'll pick two people to battle.  But they have to be raising their hands.  So off you go, to the bleachers.  Be sure to raise your hand if you want to battle.  Oh I almost forgot, stay.  I need to explain the rules.  Two people will battle.  The winner will battle another person, and if they beat that person, they will move on to another.  Once they have beaten three they will be told to go sit in the winners' circle.  Then we'll pick another two people and they will battle, and the same process will happen.  So basically the battle is always 1x1 and the winner will battle the next person and will win once they get to three, and if they lose they are out and we pick another person to verse the winner.  The contest will end once two people are in the winners' circle.  Then those two people will battle, and the winner will receive a trophy and a baby dragon.  Now off you go, this time i'm serious." She waved them off.

Crystal ran as fast as she could towards the bleachers, and once she reached it she immediately sat down, excited.  The trophy didn't appeal to her, what she wanted to win was the baby dragon.  If she happened to win it, she would hope it was either red, black, or pink.  But other colors would be fine, like silver or gold.  And call her crazy for being so dark and still have pink hair and like pink (along with two dark/evil colors), it was just her.

How could she have forgotten?  You're supposed to raise your hand.  Crystal shot her hand up, and sat as straight as she could, like a good student would do.  She badly wanted to get picked, she didn't know what she'd do if some other person won the dragon and not her.

((Maybe Crystal and Taylor could be the two people in the winners' circle and challenge each other?  Or they would be the first ones up? 8D))

Taylor edged her way toward the bleachers and motioned for Maksis to sit beside her. She glanced out toward the arena, scanning the ground to look for anything she could use as an advantage against her enemies. Once she scanned the area, she squirmed in her seat, her stomach knotting with stage fright. "Stage fright? Really." She muttered to herself.

Maksis gave a small smile to Crystal. "Guess I'll see you later. Good luck in the 'tourney. I'm going to try to win that dragon for Taylor, so watch out." He warned with good humor, his emerald eyes blinking in the sunlight. He walked away from her and took a seat next to Taylor. He grabbed her hand and gave her a sympathetic glance. She squeezed his hand before pulling away and shooting Crystal a smirk.

Crystal felt like the luckiest person in the world right now.  Maksis..... just smiled at her.  Wow.  She tried to get her mind off him so that she could concentrate on battling, but wasn't able to.  Finally, she took her mind off him and focused on the battle, but she couldn't take her mind off him fully.  The thought that he would be watching her scared her a lot.  And so would everyone else on the bleachers.  It just made Crystal's stomach feel all weird.

Mrs. Meriwether stared at all the kids, then called out a name.  "Crystal, come stand right there." She said, motioning for her to stand in the battle field.  Crystal got off her seat and nervously walked over there, and couldn't help feeling all weird inside.  What if she humiliated herself?  She shook the thought away.  Nonsense, she should stay confident.

((So Crystal would have to win three battles and get to the winners' circle, then Taylor would have to beat three people and go to the winners' circle, and then they could battle. ^0^  If they were to go up against each other then only one of them would win, meaning either one or none of them get to the winners' circle.  So they should battle three NPC's and then battle each other in the winners' circle. :P))

Taylor watched as Crystal stood in the circle. She glanced around for any people raising their hands. She felt movement next to her and found Maksis beginning to raise his hand. "No, don't do that. If you win, I won't be able to fight her." She hissed. He rolled his eyes. "I'm not going to win against her. I'm going to tire her out so you'll have a good chance at winning." He said. Taylor smiled at him and he returned it, though felt bad for doing this. He pushed the thought away and held his hand high.
