Severus shook his wet hair out of his eyes, the curtain like hair sticking to his face due to being wet. He walked back into his bedroom, shrugging into his robes. Ugh, first day of teaching children.

"It has to be awkward, Aki. You found out last year from your mother."Annabeth said. "It won't be awkward if I don't talk to him."Akila sighed. She dried her face off and did her hair. She put her outfit on and headed for the door, waiting for Annabeth.

Silvie slid on a nice outfit, adjusting her hair to compliment her features. She decended into the common room, meeting Draco by the exit. The pair strode down the near empty coridors, as usual, she made them late. They rushed to the great hall and took their seats at the table. -fail

Akila and her friends went to the great hall. They sat down next to Annabeth's boyfriend. Akila sighed and looked up at the ceiling. She saw her other best friend, Shane, came by them. He hugged Akila quickly at sat down next to her.

Silvie looked over at the Gryffindors, a menacing glare apparent onher face before she returned her gaze, abruptly towards Draco..."So plan to do better in school this year, Draco?" she questioned, beggining to nibble on a piece of toast. Draco rolled his eyes, "Why would I do that when I have you?" he said tauntingly, knowing Silvie hated being teased about her smarts in most clas.ses.

Akila growled. Shane rubbed her back. "It's okay hun."He said. Akila half-smiled. "Thanks, Booka."She said. She loved calling Shane, Booka. They've known each othe forever. She started calling him that when she was four. He used to call her Boobaka, but that always made her be quiet, so he calls her hun.

Severus watched her return, only minutes before cla.sses would start. Despite himself, Severus felt himself interested in her, in what she does.. "Damnit." He muttered, glaring at the teachers, who gave him curious looks. Being the father to a child that hated you was hard. |
