Bruce Macmillain waited in the usual spot, behind the abandoned butchery just out of Negiadom where all the enforcers and Haphephobians live.
Muttering about how the citizens of Negiadom were stupid for being so afraid of a single touch he continued to wait for the little ginger girl to arrive.
She visits him frequently, and pays him in fine Negiadom food. |

"Daphne'll be so mad!" Arabella frets as she is taken by the hand down the deserted alleys of Negiadom. "Don't worry, Bell. It's a silly law anyway," Ridge replies "We're nearly there." He lead her down a few more backstreets until he saw the familiar face of Bruce Macmillan. "Hi Bruce. It's Arabella's 17th birthday," he said with a cheery smile "I told her I could get her a hug." Arabella stood shyly at Ridge's side, playing with her hair. "Hello." she said. |
