Taylor looked back at Ridge and Arabella, seeing fear and dissapointment in their eyes. She reminded herself that these were citizens, not carefree criminals like her. She sighed and took a second glance at the police at their home. How could she just abandon them like this? Leave them to be hidden away and isolated from the city just so they could stay safe and out of jail. "Theres just.. nothing to do. You guys only commited a petty crime, plus it was an accident. I wonder why they are putting so much pressure on that.. Maybe something happened with the law or something." she said. Taylor thought hard and finally spoke," Fine, I'll help you. But after this I never want to see you guys again." she said with a bit of a joke in her voice. "I'll create a destraction while you guys go back to your house and explain to Daphine or whatever her name is, what happened." she ordered. (( Maybe we should wait on her now ))

"Got it. Thanks again." Ridge said, giving Taylor one quick slightly-awkward hug. He took Arabella by the hand and they crept closer to their house, keeping to the shadows, and crouching down whenever someone looked their way. They settled underneath a bush and waited.

Brent nodded. "We would like to ask you a few questions about your siblings?"
He pursed his lips
Melody and Karl arrived back at home. Karl had got there first and was suspicious when melody wasn't there.
"Where were you?" He cocked his head to the side
"um...just...don't worry about it" Melody ran off into her bedroom, leaving Karl to sit infront of the TV, concerned.
I have to help them....somehow. Melody thought.
She quietly snuck out her window, making sure Karl wouldn't hear her, and headed towards Bruce's place. Maybe he could help too.
Bruce heard police sirens in the distance. He frowned. hopefully it wasn't any of his friends in trouble.

Taylor sighed and felt adrenaline go through hèr entire body when she exposed herself to the porchlight. She grabbed a rock from the ground and threw it at the officer's head hardly. "Over here stupid!" she yelled. (( Nothing clever to say there XD )).

Taylor's eyes widened when she saw all 5 comming straight at her. She then jumped a bit in the air and took off. She thwn whistled for Ridge and Arabella to come out. She then tried to use her super speed to escape but something wasnt working. "No no no no.. Not now!" she exclaimed to herself. Taylor forgot she could only use her powers to a limit. Now here was the limit, in the worst of times this had to happen. She scanned the area and tried to find a place to outrun them but none could be found. It all just looked like street in front of her now. "Damn.." she said under her breath as she realized she was runnign out of energy.

Daphne saw Arabella and Ridge in the bush and her eyes widened in shock. They motioned frantically to run while the policeman's back was turned. She looked at Brent to make sure he wouldn't see her and ran silently to her siblings. "What the hell was that?!" she whispered. "We'll tell you later, just come this way." he said, ushering them all back to the alleyway. From there they ran. |

Taylor looked to the side and saw Ridge. "The hell you doing here?! And I cant, I ran out of my 'magic'. Take the others and get somewhere safe! Dont worry about me, Ill find you guys after this!" she ordered. Taylor then took a quick glance behind her and nodded her head, motioning to Ridge 'that she could handle them.

He nodded back and darted into the alley. He ran with Daphne and Arabella until they got to the main road. Which was should they go? he thought desperately. "Let's go to Taylor's place." Arabella said, as if reading his mind. He looked hesitant but nodded. They walked into the building as non-suspiciously as they could manage and made their way to the top floor, where they waited for Taylor. Ridge was pacing, Arabella was twiddling her thumbs, and Daphne had little idea of who Taylor even was, though she suspected it may have been the girl who distracted the officers from before.

The officers were closing in on taylor, powering up their anti-touch auras and guns.
Brent turned back to where daphne was standing to find she was gone
"God DAMN IT!" he yelled before also chasing towards taylor
Melody arrived at Bruces place, and he embraced her with a smile
"What can i do for ya kid?"
Melody told him all about Ridge and Arabella and her dad, all the while Bruce listened and nodded
"Well. i guess we better get out there." They began searching the streets for them

Taylor watched as the three left and felt guns pointed at her already. She panicked a bit and found an alleyway. There, she made a sharp turn and ran into the alley, only to see that it was blocked by a thin,tall wooden fence. The police were catching up and had found her already. She pounded on it frantically and decided to just break it down if she could. Taylor took a step back and slammed her shoulder into it, breakigna hole and running away. By the time the police came to the alleyway Taylor was long gone. She then slowed down a bit and searched around for the others. She gave up and went to her rooftop. Up there she found them. "Told you I could out-run them.." she said softly as soon as she found them.

Arabella looked over the side of the building for any sign of Taylor. She didn't see her anywhere but she did see Melody and Bruce, the hug dealer. "Ridge!" she called, waving him over "Look! It's Bruce and Melody!" Ridge looked over the side and, sure enough, there they were. "Bruce!" he called, "Up here!"
