Luke commented without missing a beat, "You play well." Jace muttered a rude comment under his breath, then shrank back in surprise and mute terror when his brother shot him a cold look with black, hateful eyes. When he turned back to Nanami though, they were a soft baby blue.

"Thank you" Nanami said with a smile though her nervousness was mounting when she saw the quick contact between the brothers. She strummed the begining of the song again and sang the first line in a soft sweet voice trying to take her mind off her unease. "Careful what you do, cause god is watching your every move" she stopped when she noticed she was singing. "Sorry bout that" she laughed softly. "Didn't notice I was singing" she said.

Lette smiled "well still, I don't want to annoy anyone... I'm not all that great. In my opinion anyway" she looked down at the lute and tried to find something to draw the attention away from her and her musical skills. She looked back up to Luke "so, what do the different colors mean?" she asked. "I've seen red, gold, black, green and baby blue, what emotions go with those colors?"

Luke shrugged, pulling up a lie. "I'm not sure. It can be a mix, one emotion or a series rapid fire. It all depends." Fed up, Jace pushed his way past Luke, storming down one of the nearest tunnels. He didn't say anything, he didn't look behind him.

"Uh..." Nanami watched Jace go and decided to follow, seeing it as an oportunity to get away from Luke. "Jace!" she called after him quietly then turned back to Luke "I'll go see what's wrong" she said and moved to go after him.

Jace ignored her, speeding up his pace only slightly. Luke stared after them, eyes a dancing, amused yellow. "This looks like fun," he commented.

Nanami ran after him, falling into step with him. "Uh... Jace... you're not... mad at me are you?" she asked looking up at him as she walked. "If you are I'm sorry" she said running her fingers up and down the strings of her lute.

Jace shook his head, coming to a stop. "I'm not mad at you..." he sighed. "I just... I just don't like it when Luke's around you...It makes me.." he shifted uncomfortably, "It makes me restless and uncomfortable. He's no good." I must sound like a crazy stalker to her, He thought with an internal sigh.

((FIEN >:l)) Josh rolled over, hitting his head hard off of the ground. He blinked, trying to access what was going on. He saw Deomi sleep on him, and well, he couldn't really wake her up. He couldn't make himself do it. So just laid there, breathing softly as guilt pierced him like a thorn.

Nanami smiled softly "thanks for the concern" she said. "He makes me kinda uncomfortable too, just between you and I" she laughed softly. "Um..." she mulled over her next question "would you mind if I hugged you?" She decided to explain her odd question "just a thanks, you did say you'd protect me and you're doing good at it but something tells me you're not such a touchy person and I don't want to make you uncomfortable" she laughed slightly plucking a string with a smile on her face. She felt much better now that she was away from Luke.

((ok, that makes it more intersting xD)) Deomi woke up again with a yawn, suddenly realising that it wasnt fur she was using for a bed. She lifted her head and looked at Josh, trying to decide whether to smile or go back to sleep. |

Jace hugged her back cautiously, closing his eyes. "So this is a hug..." he said softly. ____ "Morning sleepy," Josh said teasingly, smiling at Deomi. "How's your arm?" He studied her over with careful eyes, waiting for her to eat him or something. Or at least bite him.

"Yep" she said happily. "What do ya think of it?" she asked looking up at him. She still could hardly believe he'd never gotten a hug before. She got hugs whenever she'd ask her mum, she practically lived on hugs. Really though, how do you live without hugs, that's living without love she thought.
