Zagel grinned. "You must join us now, we've never had this kind of pull, even when I'm singing. No offense to Noel." Noel smiled, glad Zagel was actually talking for once. "No offense taken. My voice sucks. Yours on the other hand, is awesome." Noel reached down and petted Annie's head gently. "And yours, Elessandra, is beautiful." It was, and he was excited about the possiblilty that she might join them. But if she did, where ever she had set up camp, had to be relocated to closer to theirs.

Zagel carefully fingered the cash, splitting it into three piles. They each got one hundred and twenty-three dollars. He pocketed his share, and then gave Elessandra's hers. He walked over to Noel, handing him the wad. He nodded to them all, and said, "We split everything evenly. $123 bucks each." With that, he collected their bucket and turned to the small shops lining the streets. He pushed open the door to a pawn shop, one that would not ask questions about where he got the money. After some haggling, he bought a tent in good condition, a lamp and a knife. He paid for these things, about $65 dollars, then exited the store. He went to a small bookstore, buying five books that he had always wanted to read. One was a book of songs, two adventure books, a book of Shakespeare and a book of poems. This only cost him ten dollars, for they were on discount and were paperback. He had only 48 dollars left, and refused to spend it on himself. He headed to the butcher's, purchasing a thick chunk of meat, hardly the best quality, but he could get Noel to cook it, and it should be enough for the three of them, with something left for Annie. After all the spending, he had about $43 dollars total, and put it in his pocket. Holding the bags with his purchases, he went back to Elessandra and Noel. "Alright. Elessandra, after you buy whatever, you can come down to where me and Noel are, and have dinner."

Noel nodded to confirm this, then went to buy his things. He bought a tent, a lamp, but them bought a cookbook and pair of shoes. He headed to the small grocery store and purchased some fruit and three chocolate bars. He thanked the cashier, then headed back outside and stood beside Zagel. They waited for Elessandra to go buy whatever, so they could go back and start on dinner and set up camp.

Elessandra gave a smile. "Of course I'll Help out, It gets rather lonely with only a dog around." She smiled. "Thank you, Noel." She said softly. Annie wagged her tail as Noel patted her. Her tongue lolled out of her mouth somewhat. Elessandra though about having to move her camp, but she decided against it. Her kind of bad camp wasn't worth haulnig to theirs.

She ginerly took the money, gazing at it in disbelief, then began to wait. She smiled when Both of them had bought theiur items, then went to get her own. She went to a pet store, leaving Annie with Noel and Zagel, And bought a 40-pound bag of dog food, 2 boxes of dog treats, and a nice dog bed for her that came with a cage. All that took the amount down to about 62 dollars. She used a cart to wheel the things around, surprisingly no one caught her taking it. She left in outside a small thrift store, like a Goodwill. She went inside and bought some blankets, And a Plsuhie of a dog she quite liked. That lowered the amount to about 40 dollars. She went outside and dumped the things in the cart and wheeled it back to Zagel's place.

Zagel stopped where there were three small children, whimpering and begging for money. He bent down, and gently handed the youngest a twenty-dollar bill. "There you go. I hope it helps." His eyes were soft and kind, then he stood and continued on his way, Noel and Elessandra following.

They arrived at his place, and he immediately put down his things and set up his tent. He carefully placed his paperbacks in a new crate, the driest, most sturdiest one. Zagel studied his work, his home looking better already. He turned to Noel and said, "Go get your pans. I'll start a fire on that old cantankerous stove we've used before. You know, the one left in the building?" Noel nodded and said, "Sure thing. I hope it works, but at least it's abandoned so nobody will yell at us again." Noel started to job, going around the corner. He reached his place, and propped up his tent. After doing that, he grabbed the ingredients he had purchased, then the old, rusted-out pan he had found in the dump. Noel headed back to where Zagel was, who had started the stove. "It's working, but not for long. no wonder than abandoned this building." Noel chuckled, then turned to Elessandra. "You can put your things down around that corner, then come back over here. Dinner shouldn't be too long." He faced Zagel. "Now move, you know you can cook worth a durn." He commanded. Zagel moved away, and Noel started preparing dinner.

History(How did you end up on the streets? Did you have family?): She was an orphan whe she was 3 and was put in an orphanage. She grew up there and when she was 12 she ran away and has been livingon the streets ever since.

Elle nodded and set down her things quietly. She returned a moment later with Annie by her side. "That smells great!" She said, smiling and smelling the air. She shivered a bit. "I think I'm going to buy a coat tomorrow." She  mumured, pulling a ragged scarf from her pocket and wrapping it around her neck.
