Ivan smelled blood after a bit.

He froze mid-step, many gory, bloody images flashing through his mind. He shook his head, back away from the scent as he closed his eyes, ears pinning back. So much blood, so much death, all soon hidden by the steadily falling snow.

((Yeah. IVan AKA Russia has gone through quite the bloody past, causing him to become mentally unstable. Poor baby. -pet-))

((Yup.

It's one AM, and I've been up since 8 AM yesterday. |D)) 

Ever lapped up the poppy seeds and murmured drowsily, "They are just incase the wound gets infected. It very well might. To use it you strip off the leaves andchew those like you do with marigold." Lying her head heavily on her front paws she started to sleep her dreams and dark and hurtful

"Kikla wait up!" Ever cried out chasing after her older sister, stumbling on her huge puppy paws when suddenly she heard a loud angry sound coming from behind her. She yelped and dashed as fast as she could over to her sister and howled a feeble puppy howl. Kikla leapt over he sister on to the huge wildcat that appeared in front of them, "Stupid feline go home this is our territory." she snarled, howled, then lept on its back. She dug her claws into its pelt as it flung her off, "Kikla!" Ever screamed and ran over to her sister, her idol, and her best friend. She sat and she cried until she heard a soft voice, "Ever." it whispered, "Ever, don't cry, I'm happy now" and her sister laid her head for the last time just as their parents came to kill the cat.

Ever awoke back in the cave where Zane was standing over her, "I miss my sister" she whined and went back to sleep.

Zane had just finished licking the horsetail juice on and silently lied down close to Ever."Are you alright?"he woofed,not wanting to wake her up,but his worries swept over him like a blanket.He inched closer,feeling her body heat and furry warmth and combined it with his.Seeing that she was getting calmer in her sleep,he decided to sleep with her.

"That was a good meal!"Ruka woofed happily as she swallowed the last bit of rabbit she had caught earlier."Maybe I should catch some more since I can't kill a deer all by myself!"She padded over to some river nearby and lapped up some water.Then,she sniffed the cool,evening air,scenting a family of rabbits just behind some trees to her left.An easterly wind she thought and padded coser,the wind blowing the opposite,so her scent wouldn't scare the rabbits.Almost there! she crouched in hunting position,readying for the jump.She pawed closer,almost feeling the rabbits' fur.As the rabbits unnoticingly kept on eating,Ruka jumped and killed two instantly,and the rest fled.She carried her prizes back to Kalik and his sister.She ran and felt the wind brush her pelt comfortingly.

Marus eyes gleamed as Ruka brought  over the fresh kill, Nice hunt!" she woofed.

Kalik looked at Ruka a gleam in his eyes before saying, "Nice catch!" and chowing down.

For the rest of the night Ever dreamt of bwing a pup and laying right against her mother. The pressure and warmth of Zane's body next to hers made her feel safe. She cuddled in closer, needing that fallse sense of security, needing that feeling that someone loved her.

"Dinner's what we need!"Ruka woofed as she looked at the wolves munch happily on their meal."I already ate,so I don't need any,"she lied down and looked at the late evening sky.When the sun was completely set,no longer visible,she walked over to an oak tree and yawned,making herself comfortable.She went to sleep.A sweet dream clouded her mind.

"Ruka!" her brother woofed over and Ruka padded over,her white fur gleaming in her paradise.She howled happily and yawned,looking at the bright,sunny sky.Her brother ran in circles,in the flower fields.Birds fluttered in the blue skies,spring blooming everywhere.

Ivan ran through the trees, his mind still filled with bloody images from a past he preferred to leave untold, the past that has caused him to crack. His mentality was slipping, just like it has for many years. He had been raised alone in the snowy wasteland of Russia and lived through many horrific years of war, as well as being brutally attacked by General Winter annually. He has been sick of the cold and the snow, so he had come to this land seeking warmth and peace, and hopefully a few sunflowers as well. But he had discovered that, no matter where he went, there would always be some form of violence.

Split padded through the forest, pale blue eyes frozen into what seemed like a never-ending glare. His dark blue paws moved carefully, effortlessly, to carry him silently through the shadows, dark pelt perfect for blending in. When he heard a howl, most likely a female's mating howl, he tilted his head back to howl in reply, his dark and mysterious, just like him.
