ooc:// Thank you! I'll post my introduction.
bic:// No, it wasn't hard to take the life of a man. Nor was it hard to slay an animal. What was difficult for Daravia was killing children; it could have been that heart-wrenching look in the child's eyes right before they were to die... or maybe the fact that they were innocent. But according to the Kind of Perath's royal decree, if anyone in the household is tried and found guilty for anything, the rest of the family would die. It was up to Daravia to choose which order the members of the family died. Usually it was the father that went first, then the mother, then the children.
Being a spy for the King was not just a job that required the gathering and revealing of information, but at times required far more. And this mission was one that was bound to be filled with deceit and death. You see, the King had ordered Daravia to collect a certain piece of information from a certain person in a certain village. Now who the specific person was, the king and Daravia knew not. That was why she must go through every household and question every resident until she found the man with the information. If no one revealed or knew about this person and the information, they would be slaughtered.
Now Daravia was in one of those households, questioning every member at the point of her heavy sword. No one ‘knew’ anything regarding the specific information, so the order was carried out.
First the father, as the mother and child screamed. Then the mother, as the child screamed. Then the child... Daravia hesitated. Killing children was the worst part of being one of the king’s men. But if the information wasn’t found and every single living thing in the village wasn’t dead, the king would have Daravia’s head.
Her sword dropped to the ground. Daravia fell to her knees. “Come here, child. You need to know something.” The child just stared into Daravia’s strikingly green eyes with his beautiful gray ones. “Come, child.”
The child came towards Daravia out of utter fear. He was violently trembling.
“What is your name? Daravia asked, arms outstretched.
The child took in a deep breath. “It’s not important to you.” His eyes fell to the floor.
She embraced the child in a hug as he struggled. “What are you doing?” he cried. Daravia looked into his eyes for the second time as her arms moved towards his neck. Her grip got tighter.
The child screamed.
But she continued, her grasp on the child’s neck getting tighter and tighter. Her free are moved up to his face and plugged his nose. The child struggled as much as possible as his air supply reached a dangerously low level. But Daravia’s strength grew stronger as the child turned red, blue, purple... and fell limp in her arms.
Daravia put the strangled child beside his mother and father. “The thing you need to know...” she began, “is that life is but a thing that is destined to end.”

ooc:// I'm not sure if your speechlessness is a good thing or a bad thing; either way, I hope I haven't offended anyone with the violent aspect of my post... As for moving on with the roleplay, just post what your heart's emotions are wanting to tell. At least, that is what I did. Let nothing hold you back. ;)

((can some of you guys bring in your characters for mine to meet?))
Kale had just finished his training. Even with his years of vigorous exercise it never seemed any easier. Sure he had the muscles to prove he’d been there but he still felt like he’d single handedly fought an army. He heard some commotion in a small wooden cottage as he p*censored*ed by. (Hope you don’t mind this Lore. Ill change it if you do..) It was his duty as a knight of the king and a son of this village to check on the people. Easing open the door he stopped dead in his tracks at what he saw. Another family gone. “Gods Daravia! What have you done this time?!” He saw the look on her face and moved in closer. He knew she hated the killing, especially of children. He remembered when they had been children playing together in the fields. He had told her his dreams of becoming a knight and she her’s of being a spy. If you asked him, it wasn’t a career he would have enjoyed. “Come, you can talk over some ale. It looks like you could use it.”he sighed, helping her to her feet.

ooc; meh. Need to powerplay a bit to have everything make sense. If you really hate this Twintkitty, you can change it. Beacuse honestly, It doesn't make any sense for Adrian to be in her bedroom, truth be told... Bic: Adrian strolled though the garden on the way to patrol. It was early, and the sun was just rising. The sky was awash with brilliant golds and oranges. He spun as he heard someone call him name. "Morn' Adrian." Rain called froma window. Adrian knew the lay out of the building well enough to judge that the room was her bedroom. He nodded to her. "Morning Princess." he said formally. He was always stiffly formal to any member of the royal persuasion. Adrian wished he didn't have to, but it was his job. "How are you this fine morning?" he asked.

ooc:// Wait a minute... Kale is from the kingdom of Sorian, right? Uh, Daravia is from Perath. How could they know each other, let alone having a conversation? It just doesn't make sense... however, if you'd like a quick fix to the situation, Daravia could be from Sorian, staying in Sorian, but really be the King of Perath's spy. (Pretending to be on Sorian's side.) Does this work for you, Tailah?

Joan changed into a skirt and gathered a basket, hoping to buy at the market the food and necessary items for the elderly woman who's house she shared before the afternoon heat struck. She looked forward to the long, dusty trip; all the longer she could run and be by herself.

((I thought she was at a Sorion town checking for information from her king. O.O They could know eachother from playing together as children. If anyone likes this idea there could have been a field between the two kingdoms where a bunch of the charactors met as kids before the war really got started. Something like that so they’ll all know eachother even if they haven’t seen eachother in years :3your ideas good too, you can pick, I just thoguht mine could bring in more of the other charactors and spice things up XD ))

One blue eye fluttered opened when light show acros her face. Caliista yawned and rubbed her eyes. She sat up and pushed some black hair from her face. She breifly ran her fingers threw her wavy hair then looked around her grand bedroom. She slipped out from underneath the fluffly blankets and made her way to her closet. She pulled out a blue dress that matched her eyes and made her way up the hall. She heard a voice and looked into her sisters room. "Who you talkking to Rain?" she asked as she saw the younger girl leaning out the window. She came up behind her and took a peek. "Oh good morning Adrian." She said she waved from behind her sister then left before the girl yelled at her. She made her towards breakfast and sat down. She saw her other sister. "Good morning Nicolette." She said as a servent placed food infront of her. - - - - - Serenity awoke with a start. Then she suddenly realized she had slept in. She got up and quickly pulled on a dress. She tied her corset then rushed towards Nicolettes room. She wasn't there. Serenity bit her lip then rushed down the stairs getting angry glares from the other servants. She peeked into rom to room. She then saw Callista, she was about the ask the princess if she had saw her sister when she saw Nicolette sitting at the table. HEr face went pink. "I'm so sorry I am late princess." she said doing a little curtsy. "Is there anything I can do for you?" ((Wait is Nicolette having breakfast? If shes not I could change that.))

"Im going out for a walk," Rain informed nobody in particular. Going down to the village, she met a peasant, Joan. "Hi, miss, how are you today? Do you need help?" hoping Joan would not greet her royally, and treat her like a normal peasant, she hurriedly made sure she was not wearing too royal clothes.

occ:// I guess that means I should interact with another character? Bah, I'll go ahead and reply as if Talilah's character never interacted with mine. :/ Oh, and sorry for the shortness of my post. I’ve had long day! bic:// Daravia slowly stood up, the cold feeling of despair heavy in her heart. And as she walked out of the little shack, she stopped to strike two rocks together. The resulting spark caught hold of a nearby stick, which Daravia picked up and through onto the straw roof; the house lit up in flames as the smell of burning flesh filled the air. ***** By the time Daravia got to the castle gates, she was filled will utter remorse. However, she could not show it on her face; the King would certainly punish her for showing her weakness. But then again, she was most likely to be punished anyway because she had not gotten the desired information from the Soriarn village. All she could do now was return to her quarters and hope for the best.
