Desert Fang 

Zre looked towards her alpha... her dim poison like eyes unreadable.  "I agree." she stated in a tone that was familiar in her voice... the voice of a dark heart.  The voice that caused mystery to swarm about her form.  She however, did not note her voice... to Zre...it was just her voice.  She still spoke respectfully of course...she always respected her great alpha.  "What shall you have me do, Ketu?" she asked in a tone that was slightly less darkened.  The brisk breeze once again nipping at her pelt, and she allowed her lips to curl into the slightest smile.

 Night Wind

Rein watched his alpha and packmates arrise.  He was silent for several moments... he listened to his brother's paws ring against the earth behind him.  "Kest.  When are we leaving?" he questioned in a halfhearted tone as his eyes darted to the winter sky.  His eyes burning a deep red as the ground beneath him began to smoke.

Kest cocked his head and came beside Rein.  "That will be Angel's choise." he responded cooly.  His breath being seen in the wind.  "At ease, Rein." Kest commented dully and he watched the smoke beneath Rein's paws fade.

[[Angel - A wolf can't 'drag' another wolf to Crystal Lake. Night Wind has to travel eastwards to reach the middle of the island where Crystal lake is.]]

Luta howled along with Angel. She heard the rest of the wolf pack join in, including Leto. But Abraxas stayed silent, nervously kneading his paws on the ground. Luta snapped her mouth shut and turned to her Alphess. "Well, Angel, should we go now?" She asked.

Ketu shrugged. "I thought you could check up on the wolves, see if most of them are ready for the journey north towards Crystal Lake." He said. "We'll need to make it quick, though. The sun is almost in the middle of the sky - the meeting will start soon."

Desert Fang

Zre nodded and bowed her head lightly to her alpha before stalking off a few paces.  She glanced towards the pack members and cocked her head...believing it was alright; but she must double check.  She took a deep breath, raising her maw to the bitter air and releasing a bone-chilling howl that was distinct to her.  She howled...alerting the pack, and reas.suring their rise from sleep and checking in on their conditions.

Night Wind

Rein did not howl.  Rein remained silent despite his alpha's howl.

Kest howled with his pack but fell silent when he noted his brother's failure to join in.

Angel nodded." Yes, Luta." she said, smiling. Angel lead the pack to the Crystal Lake. She sat down and waited for the rest of the pack. She could see Desert Fang approaching.Her tail swished around gracefully.She raised her head as a gentle breeze came carrying leaves and flower petals.

Taro growled. He sat in the back. He wanted no where near his sister.

DEsert FAng

Ally watched as Night Wind sat down on the other side of the lake.She looked back.Ally saw her aplha and crawled into the back. She felt ashamed to have went in front of him.

((I changed Ayame's power a bit, switched the word want to fear.))

Ayame watched Desert Fang as they approached, wondering what the meeting would bring. She absentmindedly twirled her paws in a long strand of gr*censored*, watching as it twisted around her fur, growing and shrinking.

Thunder sat down beside Angel. Had noticed that Rein and Kest did not howl with teh pack,. and that made him nervous. His tail twiched as he glanced at the two brothers. He wondered if they were unhappy with the Clan. Lets just hope Desert Fang dont want trouble, he thought.

 Desert Fang

Zre looked towards her alpha, she watched the pack continue towards the lake.  She stalked farther behind her gait was cool and at ease.  But her postures were the familiar cold hearted and uncaring stance of a merciless killer.  Her deep emerald eyes were like venom as the sparkling crystal lake came into her view.  Her claws were fully extended, digging into the earth with each step. 

Night Wind

Rein sighed heavily as his eyes darted upward as he heard the arrival of the opposite pack. 

"Dont start anything, Rein." Kest hissed darkly under his breath.

Rein growled lightly in responce..."I wont.  But I will end it if one arrises." he stated darkly.  His eyes were on each wolf... trying to calculate the strengths and weaknesses of each.  Sadly, they were difficult to read.

Desert Fang 

"As long as they come." Zre replied without glancing towards the others.  The winter has been nipping at her pelt for quite a long time and she longed to feel the sun bake her limbs once more.  Her eyes were on the opposite packs.  She resisted the urge to growl...sencing the tension between some of night wind and Icicle Shard toward Desert Fang.  She closed her eyes momentarilly, trying to recall her past that seemed oh so far away...almost unexistant. 

Night Wind

Kest sighed.  Rein was always aggressive.  The scars that lined his body constantly haunted him from the path crossing of another wolf.  His trust was off balance...Kest was hardly sure that Rein even trusted him.  He came foward and glanced up towards Desert Fang... his head was cocked lightly in curiosity.  He did his best to lower his tension...but he was nervous.  He knew each pack was honorable... but he prayed a battle wouldnt arrise.

Rein turned his head... he closed his eyes.  He just wanted the winter over.  He felt like a pup.  He wanted his mother back.  He wanted to run.  But he had to be strong.  He watched the Desert Fang.
