Dragonsoul looked up. "Impressive." she said, getting up. Her claws scrabbled at the dirt beneath her and she picked up the prey she had caught herself. "We should bring this back to camp." she mewed through a full mouth.

Rocketrage glanced back at Dragonsoul before entering the camp. He dropped his prey and turned around. "Dragonsoul, I have to ask you something..." he paused and looked up at her. "Well, in these last few days since I became deputy, I've been sort of watching you. I haven't been sure exactly why until now..." he paused again. "What I'm getting at is, well, I really like you, and..........." Rocketrage looked at Dragonsoul hopefully. Did she get what he was asking?

Silentwolf turned her blind gaze to the kit and she chuckled deeply. Gently, she licked the tip of the kit's head. "I don't think your mother would like that. But maybe later you and Applepaw can play." Silentwolf suggested, smiling gently at the kitten. She loved kits. She had always wanted her own. But being a Medicine Cat....
