Volarune wasn't one to be able to be put to sleep through enchanted songs. He hissed at her and snarled viciously. His Demon Instinct was too wild to be lulled. And the Demon Blood was also too wild. He was slowly shifting. Shifting out of control. The Ancestor in his blood was coming alive inside of him. It whispered inside him, "I'll get my revenge on the descendants of those that killed me... All through my Descendant! As long as my eyes aren't found.... The Jewels of the Golden-Eye Raven must never be found. As long as they aren't.. My revenge is guaranteed!" It snarled with darkened purpose. "Graagh.... Hisssshhe... She's still here! That creature Jacklyn must leave! She'll find them...." He roared and rushed at Jacklyn. His razor sharp claws, expecting to hit her face, or any part of her body it could hit.

Jacklyn hissed, and another screeching sound came out. Dodging swiftly, the attack bounced off of her. "Look what I found..." She said in two voices at once. Reaching into her pockets she brought out two identical amber gems... The Jewels of the Golden Eye Raven. "Even a demon like me can be smart enough to find these..." Doing a flip, she made a huge flood that covered the haunted grounds. Transforming, she became a mermaid like being. Her form flickered between this form and her normal self banging against an invisible wall and screaming. |

Volarune snarled as he was hit by the flooding waters. "GRAAAGH!" He roared. The water revealed the Demon that had been slowly possessing him. It looked like Volarune's full demon form. But it was a Red as Blood color on the Feathers. Volarune saw the Jewels and began to fight the Demon in him. "I'll not let you use my body to destroy her!" he roared at it beneath the waters. He then realized he was underwater. Bubbles of his air from his mouth was flowing out like crazy. He began to struggle. This shown he couldn't swim. "Jacklyn..... The Jewels... Must't be destroyed.... They must be worn on a chain by you... and someone else with a kind heart like you.... But I doubt.. I'll make it.." Volarune told her through telepathy. Then he shown visions to her at what he was dealing with. His inner monster. The Ancestral Blood in him that was of the Demon he was fighting with. The one that was Red as Blood in feathers. It was taking over him, activating the True Instinct in him. A murderous instinct. An instinct that loves to kill and destroy. Just like the Ancestor that was possessing him. Through the blood it was taking over. And thus couldn't be avoided. But also an even worse creature. A creature known as a Dracfelias. A Dragon Cat. These creature are powerful Demihuman Spirit Beasts. Dracfelias. Dragon Cats that are so wild are almost always turning into rampaging monster due to the Spirit in them being so wild! Wild in a manner if a single bit of their power is set loose the result will be ten times worse than expected. Like a small ball of fire. When a small ball of fire is summoned; an entire explosion flames is unleashed instead. Thus being a source of great destruction. Volarune tried again to move to air by using his wings bu t was dragged instead deeper into the water's Jacklyn summoned. He fell down and lost consciousness. The Demon then grinned and snarled. It moved closer towards Volarune's body and tried to enter it. Completing the possession.

The Jacklyn inside the mermaid thing gasped silently, making an air bubble to both give Volarune air, and to sheild away the demon. Volarune began floating to the surface but Jacklyn began to drown herself. She then fainted inside the demon and the demon mermaid took full control in a great flash of light. The demon mermaid made a louder screeching noise, floating toward the other demon to engage a battle. |

The Demonic Spirit that was trying to possess Volarune, snarled in rage. It knew it was defeated. When Jacklyn came near with the Jewels in tow it seemed to screech in pain and vanished. The Jewels began to glow and they're light surrounded Volarune. He reached the surface and felt the light shining it's warmth in him. The light flooded the waters and suddenly made them vanish. The Demon Spirit trying to possess him appeared behind Jacklyn as Volarune fell onto the ground. "Graaaghhisssshhh.... If only others... Had a heart towards us in those days.... I've been seeking Revenge due to the pain of being the only one.... And so cruelly treated. Not always Evil was I..... Perhaps the True Nature of your heart can change me.... And in turn tamer the Wild Beast within Volarius's blood and Volarune's..." It then screeched and vanished for good. But it's last words were, "Take care of those Jewels of which were my eyes... They were turned into Jewels by my tears of pain.... But find another with a kind heart.... Like Jasmine or Caroline. But mostly Jasmine. Tell her that she must have it on a chain around her neck that reaches nearest the Heart." Volarune sighed and coughed out the water in his lungs. He sat up on his hands and knees and was generally sopping wet due to the water. He trembled violently then passed out again.

(sry but I'm a bit confused. So if this doesn't sound good just please bear with me.)
Caroline wAtched all this happen with fear in her eyes. She then noticed that the dude was in his demon form and floating in the air. She quickly tried to think of a spell that would make the giant beast fall ou of the sky and land on the ground And sleep. She couldn't think of anything. "Great. Just great. The one time I really need my magic, I can't think of anything to use!!" Caroline sighed and looked up at the now beats dude thing with an angry look on her face.

Jasmine shrieked. Oddly enough, so did her imaginary friend. "OH MY GOODNESS WHAT THE HECK?!" the bizarre creature shrieked. "How can you be scared of it?" Jasmine asked her friend. "You're imaginary." The wyvern-like creature with only half a face sighed, and her one eyeball rolled to the skeletal side of her face. "I ain't imaginary, kid." it said, smoothly. "I've been real all along. Now if you'll excuse me..." The wyvern creature started walking towards the passed-out Volarune and inspected them with curiosity. Then she went back to Jasmine. "But if you're not imaginary...then what exactly are you?" Jasmine asked the creature. "And do you have a name?" The creature seemed to consider this before replying. "I'm a demon, of sorts. And the name's Two-Tone, get it?" it said. "And the others should be able to see me, too. Hold on a sec." Two-tone seemed to glow turquoise for a moment and then went back to normal. She then nodded with satisfaction. Jasmine was unsure of how to react.

Jacklyn felt she had been passed out a while, and weakly tried to get up. She was no longer glowing blue or anything, she strangely looked normal. Like normal normal. Her skin wasn't almost bluish, and she felt her heart beating. "Uh... Excuse me I think something is wrong." She snapped her head up and stared at Jasmine's freind. "Am I hallucinating? Or is that ugly thing still there? Ugh... how long was I out?" She brought her body up carefully. "Great. I lost the test and now I'm human. Er, alive. Thanks Vola-" She looked over at the dude, who was apparently knocked out. She looked back down. |

"Ugly? Did ya just call me ugly?" Two-tone snapped, irritably. Then her eye rolled over to the side of her face which still had skin and then she said "Calm down, no need to snap." The eye rolled back to the skeletal side of her face and then Two-tone snapped "Oh yeah?!" The eye rolled back yet again and Two-tone said, very matter-of-factly, "Yes." Jasmine clapped a hand to her face, almost in embarassment. "Will you shut up?" she groaned. Two-tone looked up. "That depends." she said. "Which of us are you talking to?" "BOTH OF YOU!" Jasmine snapped, before calming down and turning to Jacky. "There's actually two minds inside that head. One on the skeletal side of the face, and one on the other. Kind of annying when they try to have conversations or arguments with each other. The eyeball rolls over to the side of the mind that's talking."

Jacklyn pinched herself and slapped herself, but nothing could change the mind-boggling situation. "Is it just me or was that really confusing? My brain doesn't really work now that I have to figure out all this stuff about life." She growled under her breath and sat on a broken bench. "I just don't understand. If captain demon dude is gone, shouldn't I have passed the test?" |

"I'm not entirely sure." Two-tone piped up, before her eyeball rolled over to the side of her face with no skin or flesh on it. She then proceeded to burst out laughing before the eyeball rolled back over and Two-tone glared apparently at herself. Jasmine rolled her eyes.

Caroline was freaking out at this whole Two-Tone thing. She raised her hand and sent a fireball towards it. "Have that you weird thing!!!!" The fire shot through the air and was spinning towards Two-Tone. She had a serious face while controlling this fireball, she was determined to hit the strange creature...

Two-Tone shrieked and flew upwards (literally). Jasmine's eyes widened and she ran forward. "Stop it! Two-Tone is my friend!" she cried. "Yeah, you heard!" Two-tone yelled from above, her eye having rolled over to the skeletal side of her face. She flew a little higher and Jasmine stood stiffly, prepared to take action should anything or anyone attack Two-Tone again.

Caroline quickly shot water with her other hand at the fireball. The fireball sizzled and was gone. "Gee.... Sorry to do that..." She said this in a sarcastic tone towards Jasmine. She then put her hands down and didn't make anymore water or fire come... She kept herself prepared though incase anything attacked her...

Two-Tone, once she was satisfied that nobody was about to fry her, landed and went to Jasmine's side. "Did you attack because of the...you know, half face thingy? 'Cause if that's a yes, then I can udnerstand that. It ain't everyday that ya see a wyvern thingy with half a face and one eye, eh?" Two-tone said, with a slight laugh.

Two-tone rolled her one eye over to the skin-covered side of her face and steeped behind Jasmine. "Sorry..." she muttered. Jasmine was about to say something along the lines of 'Hey, that was uncalled for' but she sensibly kept it back. Instead she turned into a Hummingbird again.

Caroline smiled an 'I win' smile. She looked over at Two-Tone and gave the look to that creature. She decided to actually say it too... "I win." She said that with that smile on her face. She felt proud of herself.

Two-tone was not amused in the slightest. She rolled her eye and clmbed up a wall, proceeding to snap at a pigeon on it's nest before climbing down after the bird flew away. "Anyone else hungry?" Two-tone asked. "Um, I REALLY wish you wouldn't look at me when you said that..." Jasmine muttered, and Two-tone burst out laughing.
