Raienzio then sighed as he breathed in the water and began swimming in the movable orb of water. His swimming was that of an elegant dolphin and as fast as a sailfish. The orb moved where he swam and things. He then swam to Volarius and everyone else. He then made his voice loud enough to where he could be heard clearly in the water without splitting eardrums. He said, "Volkenagrim's Seal of Elemental Life is from where Volarius lays upon Unknown's back all the way to where the Dark thread eventually leads." He told them. Then he pointed to an extremely Dark Power leaving Volarius and then leading towards the darkest of areas to the West. The line weaved and billowed showing a transfer of power between Father and son. Raienzio then looked at Unknown. "You'll find him much lighter now.. He squirms a bit rather stiffly to increase his weight... You know out of fear a bit." He told Unknown. Sure enough Volarius calmed down and was now still. His weight had suddenly decreased alot. Now he was almost too thin in weight but he wasn't at all bony yet well built for his size. Raienzio then swam to the West a few feet and stopped. "We must rest now. Sleep in other words. Volarius must be awake before we can venture further. And save Volkenagrim..." He sighed and stopped swimming and hovered around in the Water Orb. He then sank to the bottom of it and curled a bit into a ball and soon fell asleep. He was right. They should sleep to recover. This Rift is unlike any other, in fact it wasn't a Rift. But a Darkgrim Void.

Jaarda, Unkown, and Neyrii all faded to black like the surroundings.Volkenagrim remained to float in the air as if still being held by Unkown.

Nefarian stepped forward and held out a hand to Jasmine.
"Still causing trouble, are we?" he asked, with a wink.
"No!" Jasmine said, somewhat defensively, but she grinned and shook his hand. "So where have you been all this time?" Nefarian glanced around, looking almost uncomfortable for once.
"Tying up a loose end." he eventually said, with a look on his face that said. 'please don't ask me any more'.
((BTW, Nefarian is an old crush of Jasmine's whom she hasn't seen in years. He's actually a demon, but Jasmine does not know...YET. xD I'm thinking maybe Nefarian had some sort of mild hypnosis over Jasmine to make her not ask what he was?)) |

(I don't mind... Then the dude could maybe like Caroline's powers, and want them for himself, so he puts a spell over her or something that makes her do what he wants? idk)

(I ain't Becky! Oh I see... LMAO Brain fart there for a bit!) Raienzio and Volarius was fast asleep. They didn't know everybody had faded into the Darkness. All they knew was that they were needing to sleep and so were doing that. About 8 hours later the Zoraikian, Raienzio woke up. He looked around with puffy sleepy eyes. He didn't see anyone. He screeched with a whistle and swam around the Orb of Water almost Panicking. "Caroline! Jaarda! Unknown! Where are you three?" He shouted out. Volarius slowly opened his eyes and saw only he and Raienzio were there. He narrowed his eyes as he looked around. He fought off the emotions of being abandoned. "No... they wouldn't just leave..." he strained. He noticed he was floating almost as if was still being held onto by Unknown. Yet he could feel him holding him.

Raienzio heard Caroline shout. "I've no idea where you all are! But somehow Volarius is floating in the air as if Unknown is still holding him! It is also you're in Darkness and can't be seen by me!" He answered her. Volarius however could see them. His eyes were immune to Shadow Spells. He snarled low when he sensed someone nearby them. "Caroline.... All of you are tied up. However Raienzio is trapped in the Water Orb! As for me... I'm still too weak to break loose... But whomever is doing this realizes this.... And once I'm powerful enough to break through, I'll make him pay!" He snarled out loud. "Jaarda! Can you move?" He yelled out for Jaarda. He saw her not to far from him and sighed with relief that she was okay. He then realized he was above a Rune Circle. His eyes opened wider at this. He knew what this was for. "Caroline.... Jaarda... Unknown... We're in deep trouble... Whomever is doing this is going to try to force me to become they're slave!" He yelled in a panicked manner.

Jaarda groaned, wriggling in the ropes. "Gah, yes. Partially. Wait a minute, let me get my knives..." A screeching noise sounded, her knives cutting through deep iron chains. "Stupid chains." She ran to Unknown and untied him, forgetting Caroline. After all, they had no freindship. She looked at Volarius, tilting her head in confusion. With a single fluid motion, she popped Raienzio's bubble. She looked at Volarius. "Nah, your just a big ninny. Get up." She held his arm and helped him up. Her eyes twinkled with a strange glittering light, while the color was a bright red. She lost a bit of her Native American attitude and look, because her skin was peeling to a lighter color and her hair shortened to medium length and blonde. "Gah, I look like that brute Jacklyn." She also seemed to have a british accent. "I'm forming again, wait a minute. It gets kinda gross." She stepped back into the shadows, and walked out. She wore a blue school uniform, a tie hung tightly around her neck. She brushed a bit of blood and gold dust off her skirt. She looked up at the sky, still black. "Someone is coming, and not a good person." Her red eyes faded to a bright electric blue. She almost looked like one of those little miss perfect cheerleader.

Volarius snarled and shook his head "No... It's not that... I can't move... A Runeai Seal is what this circle is I'm standing in the middle of..." He then lowered his eyes down to show what he meant. A ten Pointed Star Circle was beneath his feet. When he tried to move, Chains were seen as the Runeai Glowed. When he moved, a surge of power rushed into him; making him fall. He was being zapped by this power. "Caroline! Who'd be this powerful to force a Demon into being a Slave?" He shouted to her. Raienzio gasped as he fell onto the floor with a thud. "Thanks Jaarda... And don't badmouth Jacklyn.. That part of you was claimed by Volarius as a sister..." He then looked around and saw Caroline was still tied up. He rushed to her and untied her. Then he faced Jaarda. "Jaarda, become Volarune's Master now! Before whom forged the circle around him comes!" He screeched to her. Volarune was soon burst from Volarius's body and pulled Volarius into his Shadow. He yelled out in agony and snarled. His body was contorted with pain and he snarled. His eyes were flashing red as blood. "Jaarda... Press your hand onto the Ten pointed Star at my chest! Hurry!" He roared out in pain. He was breathing heavily.

Jaarda reached out, but pulled back as if restricted. "I can't! See, this is why Mamma Tia wasn't helping us!" She looked around, a fiery fury in her eyes. "Show yourself! Get out here, chicken brain!" Her pupils were those of a cat's, and they were wide and swollen. "Come on!" She reached to a pocket and pulled out a pistol. She turned a slow 360, trying to observe any movement.

Jordan made the pistol fly out of her hand and into his. He then pinned her against the wall, holding the gun to her head. "Don't play games with me missy. You WILL loose." He then pushed her down on the ground, and walked to Caroline. "Ah... Caroline... Haven't seen you in a while now have I.." He took Caroline by the arm and pinned her tightly against the wall while with his other hand pulling out he gun. He held the gun up to her head, and looked at the others. "Shall I kill your precious friend Caroline? Or spare her while taking something else from her?"
Caroline had a nervous look on her face. She looked at the others and hoped they would choose to spare her. |

((I think the powers thing with Nefarian and Caroline could happen later on...perhaps just after Jasmine finds out Nefarian is evil?))
Jasmine stood a little uncertainly. She hadn't seen her dear friend in so long.
"Tying up which loose end? You said you had many of them." she eventually said. A grin appeared on Nefarian's face.
"All of them." he said.
"How?" Jasmine asked. Nefarian looked a little uncomfortable.
"I don't want to talk about it, Jaz." he said, flexing his wings behind him.
((Just had a thought...how should Jasmine find out Nefarian is evil? Maybe he could try to kill her for her shapeshifting powers, which are more advanced than his.)) |

(Maybe) Volarune snarled with rage. But he knew he couldn't do anything. The Rune Circle zapped him of what power he had. He shook showing his helplessness. Then he noticed Jordan didn't notice Raienzio. Raienzio noticed this as well however. They then nodded at each other. Raienzio powered up and extremely powerful Electric Barrier, then charged Jordan with a powerful spear-like motion. He hoped to strike and managed to get a nick on Jordan. The nick however would be hopefully enough. For a single jolt of the Barrier would surely induce temporary paralyses. Meaning forcing Jordan to be unable to move at all. Raienzio stood over Jordan and screeched out with a hissing snarling whistle, "Release the Volarune of the Rune Seal... or Else... You've no idea the power my Barrier can truly induce." He demanded with a powerful warning. He knew Jordan shot the gun but smiled sheepishly to Caroline who wasn't harmed by the bullet shot out at all. In his finny hand, the reason why was apparent. He;d caught the bullet. The Barrier negated the force preventing it from doing harm. Volarune then sighed to Jaarda, then remembered what his Father told him. "Jaarda! There's a puzzle! You must swear an Oath then expose your Soul to me by having it enshroud your body, THEN press the Soul and your powers into my Mark on my chest! The Oath is, 'By my Soul we are bound, by my Soul yours shall be Tamed, Beast by Shadow shall become Beast by Light and Darkness pure, by my Soul I shall become your Soul Tamer, and so bind your Will to be mine as a Soul Tamer!" He snarled to her. He was desperate to get Jaarda to be the Soul Tamer first. He then added, "That's the only reason why it failed! It's not Mama Tia! She had blocked my memory of the Puzzle and your touch revealed it!" He then tried to struggle again to the Chains of Runeai Seal. He yelled in agony as he was zapped again by them. "HURRY! While he can't move!"

Jaarda ran to him, looking around first, then did what she was told. It took alot out of her, because this form made her human. Complete human. And this was her last. "Volarune, Volarius, whatever, this is the last time. After this time, I need to go. Don't take it personally, I might be back with... No memory... But don't worry, I'll help you!" After doing as she was told, she faded away into a white cloud that disinegrated into gold dust and a large chapter book. The ti
tle was A Thousand Faces. Through each page, every chapter was one of Jaarda's lives. The book closed, the inside flashing a bright blue.

Jasmine shuffled her feet, nervously.
"So, um...how come you've come to see me now?" she asked.
"To ask you a favor." Nefarian said, simply.
"Of course!" Jasmine immediately said, smiling. "Any favour for you, Nefarian." Nefarian stepped forward, grinning darkly.
"I want...your powers." he said. "And to have your powers...I have to devour you." Jasmine jolted back.
"This is a joke, right?!" Jasmine asked, with a slight nervous laugh. But as Nefarian darted forward, slashing at her with clawed hands, she realized the horrible truth...Nefarian was a demon, and he really was going to eat her.
