(I think that is a good idea. Maybe he could want Jordan's powers too, and kill him and take his powers. Then he wants Caroline's, but doesn't kill her, but uses her, like makes her use her powers for what he wants, and if she doesn't, then he does bad things to her?)
After a minute Jordan was able to move again. He shoved the fish at the wall. "Stay in your place you fish!" Jordan then stood up and looked around until he spotted Caroline. He got an evil grin on his face and started walking towards her.
Caroline watched as he became closer to her, and she shot a fireball at him.
Jordan blocked the fireball, sending it towards fish boy, and looked at Caroline. "Your powers are useless against mine little girl." He then grabbed her by the shoulders and pinned her to the wall again. "This time, I won't miss you." He held a knife up to her neck. "I want your powers. You are going to give them to me. I need them to defeat someone who has come back. He is very powerful, and he will try to take my powers. Now give me your powers!"
Caroline shook her head no, and looked him in the eyes. "Please don't kill me Jordan. I never did anything to you!"
Jordan laughed.. He looked at the others. Then narrowed his eyes at the fish. "Don't come at me again, but do you wish me to spare this little brat? or no?" |

Jasmine screamed so loudly that her voice echoed around and then she started to run, Nefarian hot on her heals. He was running, but she knew that he could just as easily fly after her with his eagole wings. So Jasmine shapeshifted into a Cheetah and bolted for it, still screaming.
"Oh, excellent. EXCELLENT!" Nefarian said behind her. "Every time you use your powers, Jaz, you give me power. And every time you use your power...the more hungry I become." He increased his pace, but Jasmine kept just out of reach. She knew she couldn't keep it up for long, though...

Jordan could feel Nefarian's power getting stronger, meaning it was getting closer, so he let go of Caroline and teleported to where he was. "Negarian! I have found you!" He stopped him and made him fall. "Now it is time for one of us to die, and get the others powers. I think you are the one to die!" Jordan teleported Caroline up to where they were. He made her be tied, with hands behind her back, and gagged. "That girl." He pointed to Caroline, "Is one of the prizes for whoever wins!"
(This is the part where Jordan dies and your character takes over Caroline...) |

Jasmine shifted to human form and stared from afar. Nefarian stood up and grinned, darkly.
"Very well, then." he said. "And the other prize...is that powerful shapeshifter there." He pointed to Jasmine, who screeched and turned into a dragonfly, buzzing over to Caroline.
"I'm scared..." she whispered. Nefarian raised an eyebrow in challenge.
"You take first move, then." he said, flexing his eagle wings.

Caroline nodded her head in agreement. She couldn't speak though...
"Fine then." Jordan picked up the dude and tossed him against the wall with great force.
Caroline closed her eyes tightly because she was scared.
Jordan looked over and noticed the eyes were closed, "Open your eyes and watch this! Right now!!!!!!"
Caroline flinched at the power in his voice, so she obeyed his command. She watched the two fight... Although she didn't want to...
Jordan looked back at the dude who was standing up... "Good now you keep your eyes open or else Caroline..." |

Nefarian shrugged quite casually...then fired a blast of energy with tremendous force at his opponent.
"A little trick I secretly absorbed from Jasmine over there." he said, grinning. "It strikes with double the power I just took." Jasmine flinched.
"I thought I just forgot that technique..." she whispered. |

(Hey Maybe when Volkenagrim breaks loose he devours the Souls of Jordan AND Nefarian freeing Jasmine and Caroline for they are his son's friends. Does that sound okay? I mean after Jordan is killed by Nefarian; he is released by Jaarda and Volarune for Volarune restores Jaarda to her truest self by traveling through the Voids as another part of the puzzle is found?)

Rose sighed. Being dead was a little boring. But better than listening to the snap of a whip against her back. She heard yelling from around the corner, and knew this was her chance. She picked up her breif sack and turned a corner into the blaze hall. "Excuse me- Oh, I'm sorry. Were you busy?" She was trying to escape, but tried to look busy gathering water. Her head tilted to the side. "Whats going on? What are you all doing?" The sack brushed through her fingers and dropped to the ground. She wrapped her arms around her side, as if cold, and stepped a little bit closer. "Excuse me?" She was concentrating hard, taking in what she lacked in sight through smelling and hearing. "Gee, who smells like fish?" Blood trickled down her back in a trail to where she had been before. But, it didn't seem to bother her.

(Hey! Perhaps Caroline and Jasmine can be under Nefarian's powers control but only for a while. You know to make him think he's gotten away with it. Then Volkenagrim comes up and fights Nefarian defeats him, freeing Caroline and Jasmine while permanently destroying Nefarian's Evil but where he may become good as he *may* have been at one point and Jordan's Soul is devoured from Nefarian's body and destroying him even further, and so setting them all free. And then Unknown can become his Soul Tamer. Sound good to everybody?) Raienzio whistled with a screech. "It's me. I'm a fish man.... Err Zoraikian.. Male Siren!" He said in a shrill voice. He then sat up. He saw the blood and gotten pale. His friend Volarune didn't notice Rose. Volarune was breathing heavily. "Jaarda, I've absorbed your Soul.. Now time to finish the Puzzle.... When Jordan Dies and Caroline and Jasmine are taken over, were freeing Father... We are also going to let whomever wins the battle think they are going to get away from it." He scrawled to Jaarda's spirit inside him. The he opened a Dark Void. A void to Alter Fates, and so bringing Jaarda back to life but not her memories fully restored. Yet will remember the bond between her, Caroline, Unknown, Volarius, Raienzio, and himself, Volarune. He screeched and flew into the Void of Darkgrim Fate. Inside the Void, Volarune found Jaarda. "Jaarda... Want to come back with me?" He asked her. "I've absorbed your Soul Energy. You must be amongst the living to have it complete. Your memories indeed will be erased. But you'll remember the most recent things. That's it however. Should you wish to remember step alone into the Void of Life. We are in the Voids of Fate now." He told her. He then took a wing and hugged her close to him.

Rose leaned away from Volarune. "What the heck are you people talking about!" Unkown stepped forward, absorbing everything. "Bird brain, shes not Jaarda. Jaarda is gone. I have the book to prove it, literally." He held up A Thousand Faces. "If it was, she would be a living host. This kid, She died centuries ago. I met her master. Died at the snap of a whip. Give a little mercy for a slave of Lockton's? She was never associated with any of us. Don't turn a regular... Person into all this. For the better, she should stay dead." Rose shrunk back, lifting away Volarune's wing. "Uh... Listen to the black person. He knows what hes talking about. As for me... I'd like to get the HECK away from you people!" She crossed her arms. "That dude over there scares me..." She eyed Jordan. "Creeper." She sat in a corner, leafing through the pages of an old book, maybe 200 or so years old. Long white locks covered her face, she shut her eyes tight squeezing out a tear. "You didn't need to mention Master Lockton... All he did was beat me like an egg and take away my only sister."

"I wasn't talking to Rose. Jaarda can be brought back. I was talking to Jaarda's Spirit inside of me..." He snapped at Unknown. He walked towards him and saw the proof. The Marking wasn't faded anymore. "Her Soul rests within me. But she must be brought back into physical form in this world. If her Soul wasn't in me, the marking on my chest would've been faded still!" He then opened a Void of Fate. "Come with me Unknown. We've got to find her Soul have it torn in half and that remaining half replaced with half of mine...." He told Unknown. Then he sheepishly looked at Rose. "You looked Cold so I tried to warm you up a bit." He explained. Then he motioned for Unknown to get on his back. Raienzio walked to Rose. "Shh.... Calm down... Don't be scared... WE won't hurt you further than you've already been hurt." He told her. He put a slightly warm hand on her shoulder. "You can be brought back to life but I agree with Unknown. You might need to linger as a ghost or something." He explained to her.

Unknown stammered, but as he caught the glare from Volarune he shot back. "Geez, don't need to be rude..." Rose looked up. "How do you know my name..?" She stared up at Raienzio. "I do not wish to live again. I am no more of a soul than you are, fish." She slowly stood up, glaring at Jordan. "You may not want to fight Jordan... Hes been dead too longer than I have. He took it hard and still hasen't gotten over it, may not want to anger him..." She kept her voice at a steep whisper. "Would you like to get out of here? I know the way, and I'm sure the voices know too." She slung her bag over her shoulder and began climbing up the wall to the hole of light." (Don't worry, her lower body is invisible.)

Raienzio smiled and then winked. "Even the Dead can die... Volarune has a long history of killing the Dead. But he inherited that trait from his Father." He told her. His face was grim showing the truth. "Meaning if you're somewhat disturbing the balance, He'll have no choice but to finish you..." He then shivered when Volarune snarled at him. "No need to tell her that... She's actually able to help ensure Balance by being here." He then eyed Unknown. "Sorry... We've got to get Jaarda back and soon. Or I'll become increasingly unstable...." He snarled at Unknown. Raienzio jumped back from Volarune's twitching tail. He nodded his head to Unknown then said, "We've got to have you get on his back and go with him into the Voids..." He then sat down next to Rose. "I'll keep her company." He then saw Rose crawling into a hole of Light. He then followed her.

(Honestly, I think of Rose as a Luna Lovegood type of person for some reason.) Rose was sitting on the edge of the hole of light, listening. "What? Hm." She got up and jumped into the open world. She stood in a park, eyes closed deep breathing in the cold air. "I hear so many things that are differ from Jamestown..." The sound of cars buzzing by and people whispering and speaking almost frightened her. "I hear rumbling, I feel it in the ground far forward. What is it?" She opened her eyes, reaching for a tree or something to grab onto. She felt the lampost she was holding onto as a large metal snake. "Gah!" She let go immediately. "Whats happened..." She stepped back.

That was it... All of Jordan's magic had been sucked out of him and he was now dead.
Caroline felt this strange feeling go through her. Who was he new controller??? What the heck was happening?? She could feel that there was now someone else who was going to be controlling her and forcing her to use her magic.... Now just how to get the roles off of her hands and the gag out of her mouth??? |
