Peace has always existed between the gryphons and the humans of Alabar. Most other cities look down upon these humans for riding alongside these feral beast. The humans of Alabar ride the mythical gryphons into battle with their enemies and in turn, help the gryphons prosper. They protect the animals. Tensions get high when gryphons are found outside the city walls of Alabar.

 The gryphons now believe that maybe they should keep to themselves and stop bonding with the humans. Some gryphons turn mad with grief of lost ones and attack humans. A war soon rages out, but will a few kids be able to bring back the peace between the two races?
