"Well, that's fine," Calamity said, picking a fry off his plate and pulling a bite off of it. He shrugged once he'd swallowed it. "Like I said, I don't mind too much."

I think that was when she was, like, threatening to poince on me or something. But, She's so small, xD She looks like she's laying there. Like she's INNOSINT. >__> )

Claire smiled at him. There was nothing to say, so she just took a bite of whatever was infront of her, even though though she didn't even know what it was.

Calamity gave her a two-second smile before ducking his head and staring at his food. Jeez, this was awkward. As soon as Severin came back, he'd have to smack him upside the head, the idiot.

"A few days," Calamity told her, smiling a bit. "At the most, a week and a half, I guess." He glanced at his arms, and then scratched at his tattooed neck lightly. "It's never taken too long for me. Either that, or I've never noticed."

Claire smiled, thumbing the bandage. "Thanks for this," She told him. "Hanging out with me. Sorry if I'm a pain, as well.." Her voice trailed off at the end.

Calamity shrugged his shoulders, and then smiled. "You're not a pain, don't worry about it," he said, and ate another fry. "And, it's no problem, I sware."

Claire looked over at the waitress that it seemed that Calamity was trying to flirt with. But, that wouldn't work. He couldn't have a girlfriend when she needed him.. because, well, she needed him.  She looked older then her, which brought up this question: "How old are you, anyway?" She asked, returning her gaze to Calamity.

( xD Calamity wouldn't do that. )

Calamity sucked on his straw, blinking at Claire while he did so. A second later, he lifted his head away and smiled. "Older than Severin," he said with a grin. "You can guess, if you'd like. I'll tell you if you guess it right."

( xD; I like my character's ages to be logically correct. So, in other words, I'd have to do math, and I'm too lazy.

Claire pursed her lips for a moment, and then announced her answer. "Twenty one." She said, examining Calamity. Yep, deffinatly twenty one.

Calamity smiled. "Close," he said, and his smile turned sheepish. "I'm older, actually." He ate another fry, grinning now. Would she guess?

Claire shook her head doubtfully. "No way." She breathed, looking over Calamity. He couldn't seriously be twenty six.

Calamity gave her a genuine grin. "Thanks," he said, and pushed his hair away from his face. "I appreciate it. You know, most of the 'friends' I see around here are actually coming back for a visit. You know, to the old high school...for a reunion. Or something of the likes." He blinked. "And, yeah," he said with a grin, "you do seem your age."
