Claire smiled. "Most seventeen-year-olds act the same." She shrugged. "And, a high school reunion? I'm already supprised by your age, that makes you sound even older." She grinned at him. "But, that's really cool." She added, still smiling. She's practicly be clinging to Calamity untill Severin came back, and she felt selfish when she thought about how she wouldn't be able to tag along. Oh, well. She should be pretty healed by then.. right?

Calamity laughed a little. "Thanks, that makes me feel great about my age," he said, and pushed his hair again. "I don't know, actually, but they're all coming back for some reason. I dunno."

Clare took a hesitant bite of her food before she replied to him. "I'm sorry." She chuckled. She tilted her head at him. "You still seem twenty one to me, so."

Calamity snorted, but he was actually quite pleased with that answer. "Thanks," he said, sounding slightly sarcastic, but, again, he was happy with Claire's answer. "You still seem seventeen to me."

( To a school for crazy people. )

"Mm." She agreed. "Thank you." she imitated. Claire fiddled with a napkin, but soon released it and took a bite of food. Although she didn't know what it was, but it was good.

"Aww, no laugh?" Calamity asked, laughing himself. He was eating more now, feeling a lot less uncomfortable than he had before. It was almost like being set up on a blind date, what he was doing with Claire.

After that, Claire did laugh. "there." she added, still chuckling. She fiddled with the tube of tattoo goo in her pocket.

It's just that Calamity is epic. xD And Claire's personality makes it epicer. )

Calamity grinned. "Good, that makes me happy," he said, and popped a fry into his mouth. After swallowing, he said, "Hey, you're still barely eating. Would you like some of my milkshake?" He put another straw in the cup and held it out to Claire, smiling.

Although Claire really didn't want any of the milkshake, she didn't want to say no and hurt his feelings, so she said "Thank you," And took a sip.

Claire bit her lip, sill sitting foward, looking timid. This was her boyfriend's brother. Even though he wasn't athority, she still felt a bit obliged to look good infront of him. Also, her boyfriend had just left and she was on what could be called a date.. with his brother?

 This was all just so wierd to her.

Claire smiled. Damn, she wondered why Severin ever complained about this guy. He was really nice. "I don't care about anything boring, even if it's important to me." Unless, of course, it was her boyfriend.

Calamity chuckled. "Except for your boyfriend?" he asked as if he'd read her mind, and then flashed her a grin. "Don't give me a shocked look, either; I know you're thinking about him. Oh, and, if you wanna know how I know that, let me just say..." He shifted in his seat, smiling a little as he bent his head down. "I've been there."

Nodding, Calamity looked at her, his smile widening. "With a boyfriend and all," he said, and laughed. "Cuter than yours!" he exclaimed. "Of course, there's also the fact that he's my little brother, so even though it doesn't look like it, I definitely feel the same way as you do." He blinked. "Except, I wouldn't want to make out with him when he came back."
