Severin couldn't help but roll his eyes. When he tried to be nice, the girl decided to be difficult. Maybe she couldn't help herself, but he was throwing a carrot out there for her, and she was leaving it out there, just as Severin was. "I'm not sad and gloomy," he said in a weak defense. "I'm normal."

Claire smiled, rolling back on her heals and back just once. "You are so not normal." she said, but waited for a moment, letting him think before she said "You height, your snile, your personality, your clothes, way /better/ than normal." she grinned.

Severin furrowed his brow. Was that supposed to be an insult? If it was, he'd have to let it slide. It wasn't like he was going to punch a girl in the face. He blinked then, and again, his lips twisted. It was almost like he was about to smile, but he didn't quite make it. What was she thinking? Even he knew he had a horrible personality. Severin struggled to find the right words to say. "Thanks..." he managed, clearing his throat noisily. "You're...way better than normal, too." What a compliment.

Claire had to think for a minuite. This guy seemed very so cold, hard, and couldn't give a proper compliment to his girlfriend. But.. She still loved him and that would mever stop. She sighed a small, quiet sigh as she looked over at severins inability to smile.

"Er, are you still awake?" Severin asked, tapping Claire's shoulder lightly. He tried to be funny, and he was thinking it wasn't going to work. "We should probably get to cl*censored* now, Claire." he told her, brow furrowing. He didn't a crap about cl*censored*, he just wanted to get away from this awkward moment.

"I'm coming, I'm coming," Severin said tiredly, ruffling a hand through his hair. He was missing something, something that belonged at the top of his head and he usually had on him, even if he didn't actually wear it. But what? Jeez, he couldn't remember.

( I only get, like, three minutes to get to cl*censored*. >> ) Severin blinked. Had he asked? "Just head off to cl*censored*," he told her, and made a shooing motion with his hands. "I should go, too." he added, touching his hair again. And then he realized he didn't have any of his books with him. Or a pencil. Just a pen. He looked back at Claire.

Claire frowned and started off to cl*censored*, a biit shrunken. it would have been proper if he he walked with her to cla.ss, or even said bye. he wasnt a good boufriend.. but she loved him anyways, she couldnt help it, do it seemed.

She looked upset when she walked away. A muscle above Severin's eye twitched, and he looked away, shaking his head. Poor girl. Even he thought she should break up with him. But, she wouldn't, and he didn't want to hurt her by doing it himself. He sighed. What could he do about it? Nothing. Pushing his thoughts aside, he headed to clas.s. ( Ey. ono Do we skip? )

( D: Aww. ) Severin walked out of his last clas.s. Fu.cking finally. he thought, rubbing a hand on his face to try and wake himself up. He'd sleeped throughout the entire clas.s, but he felt groggy and tired as hell. He looked up, searching the crowds of people for Claire.

I almost called her Nicole. x3 ) Severin looked away, randomly going through his bag for something. He came up with a blackish-grey beanie that he promptly pulled on. His hair was messy (as always), and he felt uncomfortable without it on. He wasn't sure why, though; he just did. "Let's go," he said, stifling a sigh. No matter how much he forced himself to, he couldn't get his hand out of his pocket. One one side, he was thinking, I'm not holding her hand. On the other, he was thinking, Take her freakin' hand! S'not that hard.

Nic Claire Smaled walking by his side and not caring what anybody said, or anybody did. She smiled at him, looking around. She liked her school, al of a sudden. Probably because she never saw or talked to Severin anywhere else. |

( How so? xD ) Severin walked out of the school, knowing Claire would follow. After all, she stalked him like a lost puppy at school, and if he offered to, she'd stalk him all the way to her own home. Walking took too long, but it wasn't like he had a car to drive to places with.
