Stella comes back to where me and Kiba were. She grabbed me underneath my ribs and she started to pull me away. I tried to claw away but she just took me back to my room. The thrashing hurt where my hip was and I groaned. She set me on the bed and she took some of her stuff and started to clean out my wound. It hurt really bad and. I screamed in pain. " please, stop" I cried out. I thrashed about tryin to get you to stop.

I give a grunt as stella thrashes and shove a minty leaf in her mouth. "suck on that, It's a painkiller." I continue to swab her with medicen and seal up the wound, and then I liquify some jalega plant, it's an antiacid, so I let her drink that, then let her sleep.

I was only able to sleep for a couple of hours. I then woke up to a starving stomach. I sit up and my hip hurts, I grunt and then get up. I stumble into the kitchen and see Kiba and Stella talking at the table. I tap on Stella's shoulder and ask her " do we have any food?" I hold into my side and try to make the pain unnoticeable.

"yah, Um, Kiba went out and hunted a little, theres some fresh meat, some juice, and some veggies in the fridge if you want some. Fish too. Feel free to eat what you like. " I give a supportive smile And slip her some more painkiller, but this one is more effective because it's concentrated.

I nod and grab some veggies and meat. I smile and head off back to the room.i eat quickly and get thirsty. I head back into the kitchen and grab some juice. I sit down at the table this time and ask " so what exactly is wrong?" I could tell that Kiba was tense and really stressed. I sigh.

"don't worry, what's wrong is solvable by doctor genius back there, but what it's caused. " I gulp. "is a different problem. The area it ate through..." Kiba shoved his chair to the side and punched the wall, luckily it didn't crumble. I sigh. "It ate through your reproductive system. Even if we heal it, You won't be able to have pups. " I look down at the table and wait for Luna's response.

I shove my chair back and run off into my room. Kiba's reaction scared me and I felt as if he were really mad at me. I punch the wall myself and start to cry. It was horrible that I couldn't create beautiful offspring. |

I feel terrible for Luna, It was my fault, I should have broken it to her when she was feeling emotionally better. And Kiba wasn't mad at her, she must have thought that. He was a little upset at the situation, but he mostly was mad because he thaught it was his fault he didn't look out for her. I hoped she knew that. But the rest of the day might be a little crappy. Scratch that. Alot crappy.

I had sat on the floor in the corner of the room for the rest of the day. I did nothing. Just say there, feeling horrible for myself. I had done this, it was my fault. I had let Kiba down. No matter who came in the room, I just ignored them. I didn't eat or use the bathroom. I just felt......horrible.

I knock on Luna's door to bring her a tray full of food. She doesn't respond, I open the door and see her sitting in the corner of the room staring at the other wall. "I brought you some food" I say in a mock happy tone. "It's your favorite, Dib meat!" You just bl
ink and set your chin on your arms. "it wasn't your fault you know." You bury your head in your arms and try to cry, but your already all cried out. I set the tray in front of you and pat your shoulder. "really, All of us get sick, That's like saying it's a little kid's fault if someone killed him. This isn't fair on yourself." I look you in the eyes as much as I can as I say this. "geeze it's cold in here, you haven' started up a fire yet?" I feel her hand, it's cold as ice. "if you don't eat, who knows what you could catch here, I'll start a fire for you." I start one out and open the door to leave, "and By the way, Kiba isn't mad at you, And, The alien experiments, well," I pause to blush. "they rendered him unable to reproduce anyway. He was only upset that you couldn't have any pups, if you met someone new if anything happened to you. He could never be mad at you for that." I say. and leave the room.

The last of her news kinda hurt. But, I was hungry, so I ate a little. I was colder than ever before without Kiba's presence. I wonder why he hasn't come to see me yet. He is probably taking It hard. I inch closer to the fire, but I was still so cold.

I wonder where Kiba is, I can't find him by the house, the iver or the nearbye forest. That's when A terrible thought springs to my head. What if he's still a worshiper, what if he went back to the cave? I checked it out and saw him. He was kneeling before the statue. "my mate, she suffers my lord. I need something to help her. I barely saw his eyes, but I did see them. He was under some sort of a trance by the god. Unwillingly though. The statue raised an arm to it's chin." You live with another girl, is that not correct?" I didn't like where this was going. A knife appeared on the floor in front of Kiba. "then take the girl. I require the heart, You may take what you need to fix your mate and bring her to me. "yes master." I gulped. Then I saw something barely peeking out of Kiba's head, Some sort of transmitter, they could call him back any time they wanted him! Luna Probably didn't know anything about this though. But then Kiba started to turn around, I had to run, fast! He saw me and I was gone in a flash. Luna would never believe me, and I don't know if Bailen would. It's all up to me.I run and hear his footsteps following. I weave between trees, paning in breaths. This was insane. He spoke, but it was in the eerie, taunting tone he would use against his prey. "SSSSSTTTTTTEEEEEEEELLLLLAAAAA, come back stella, I just need to talk to you." He let out a great howl and laughed. "come back here!" I ran as fast as i could towards the house, screaming. No doubt he would act normal around Luna.

I hear Stella scream, and then Kiba's hunting voice. This was bad, really bad. I had to help her. Weither he was my mate or not. She is my friend and I defend her as much as I would him. I shift and then charge out of the house. I see Stella an she was panicking. I then see Kiba charging her with a knife. My eyes widen, but then I become defensive and charge him. I leap and not him down. He lands with a thud and some kind of wire fell off his head. He drops the knife and looks up at me. " Luna?"

As Luna Comes charging out, I litterally jump 4 feet in the air out of fright, Then I realize she's on my side. As soon as The wire's out of Kiba's head, His face is blushing red as he realizes what he was about to do, And then He pales to a ghastly white and vomits. I run over and squash the wire, Just in case.

I shift back to a human and run to Kiba's side. " are you okay?" I ask him. He shakes his head yes and I hug him. " well I'm glad you are" I help him up and we walk hand in hand back to the house.

I gulp, Well, at least she's talking now, I look down At my stomach, Shows you what Kiba will do for Luna. I look down at my stomach, I'm really glad he didn't succeed, I would never be able to have a child then. But I hope I can find A cure, or supplement for Luna, Or something...

I laid my head on his shoulder, still holding his hand, as we walked into the house. We walked back to my room and I sat down on the bed. I patted the spot beside me. " it's not your fault you know. So, don't beat yourself up about it. " I chocked those words out slowely. I was warmer now that I had him with me.

I saw them walking back together and finnally realized I had been holding my breath, which was a big mistake after all that running. I got back to the house and passed out on the bed.

The conversation between me and Kiba with us hugging each other tightly. I kissed him gently and got off the bed. " I need to go talk to Stella real quick. Okay?" He nods and I open the door to leave the room. I turn back an looked at him. I smiled then left to Stella's room. I see her passed out on the bed an I was worried that she had actually got hurt earlier. I shook her shoulders until she looked at me

"wha-huh?" I look up confused, Luna's shaking me. "I don't wanna get off the ship, give me another day Portia." I say and then flop my head back down in the pillows and begin to snore, my muscles aching from the earlier running.
