A new generation has began.  A select group of children were born with special abilities, each of them unique.  Now in their teen years, they live like normal citizens... For the most part.  Some of them choose to hide their powers, wishing they never had them.  Others use their powers to help those in need.  And a very few use their powers for bad purposes, commiting crimes and such.

Rules

3. Ask before you join please, I just do this to keep track of characters.

4. No duplicates of powers.  And no amazing wonder powers either.

5. You may Rp if I'm gone, just don't go too far please.

6. No innapropriate words, please.

7.  Violence and romance are great, and are encouraged, just nothing too graphic.

8. Stay between the ages of 13 and 17 please.

9. You can have no more than three characters unless given permission by me.

10. No photographs in bios.  I don't mind anime style pictures or drawings, but I'd hate to have my photo plastered in some Rp.

Looks (Pic or deion): She has straight brown hair that has blonde and reddish streaks in it. Her skin is olive-toned and she is 5'4''. Her body is mainly all legs with a striking face, almost like a models. She has gray eyes with silver flecks in them. When she uses her power, they turn a vibrant shade of blue.

Power: Neaco can control and create electrcity, but whenever he does so it turns into a black color.

History (Optional): Neaco lived with his parents and younger brother Keneth in a small town. He liked his life in that town, but everything seemed to start falling apart when he was twelve. His parents got caught in a car accident when he was twelve and when those rescuers got to them they were already dead. He and Keneth were brought to an orphanage since they didn't have any relatives in that town, but they didn't like it there so when Neaco was thirteen and Keneth was eleven they ran away and started roaming around the streets and such.

History (Optional): Ace chooses to hide his powers by any means possible.  He ran away from home about a year ago, now living on the streets.  Nobody knows the reason for his strange hair color, but it probably has something to do with him having powers.  His eyes are scarcely seen, and they are an emerald-green color (Not sure why I put that in the history...)

Other: He loves to dance, and isn't half bad a dancer.
