"Sure, sure. Have fun guys," She smiled, and leapt off to Dillards.

"Thanks for the gum." Maive said. The day was hot and she was looking forward to spending it with Kari. "So where are we going?" she asked, she was terrible at directions, on her own she probably wouldn't have made it out of the school parkinglot with out help.

Rafe grinned wickedly as he made his way over, sliding into the rough vinnel seats. Gunning the engine he pulled out, flying out of the lot and over the open road. Not to many people out now, good thing too since he was smashing the speed limit...

Karienne quickly pulled on her black and white swirly dress (I was actually thinking of buying this one for grad XD) that she had picked out earlier that week, and tied the bow. She grabbed a jacket and pulled on her heels and headed out the door. She jumped into her old red pick up truck and made her way up the raod towards the school.

She made her way towards the gym where a bunch of people were doing last minute set up. "Hey guys, people will be showing up soon. Has the food come yet?" she asked as she put her jacket near the dj's set up.

"Yes, and no." someone said. "The drinks are all ready to go, but not all of the food is here."

Karienne sighed. "well I guess it's a good thing we have walkie talkies." she said as she pulled out her own. David, the presdient said they had better use them, something always goes wrong and its good to keep in touch. Kari hooked up her ipod to the speaker and started some music. She then clapped her hands. "Alright guys, lets get this going."

Karienne stood at the door and smiled and nodded as people started coming in. She pointed in where to put their coats and wishing them a good time. She kept her eye of for Lindsey and of coarse the food.

(Well, that wasn't a complete fail XD))

A furry head raised towards the moon and let out a howl, too far away for the towns people to hear. Its ears twiched from the sound of music blairing. The wolf made its way closer to the highway where it saw a truck making its way up the road. It smelt good, of food and other delecious treats. Drool fell out of the corners of its mouth. It started making its way behind the car, stay hidden amoung the trees.

((Ill add more once it near the party. I have the perfect idea. Actually not really but I just really want to destroy the part XD))

Slamming the door to his house with his eyes burning with contained fury, Dimitri was not glad he had decided to go to the stupid dance. It was not for the social aspect of it, but to get away from his da*n father who happened to show up after three weeks. He tried to act decent around his dad, like someone would want their son to, but Jake Keir was not a family man. The argument started because, well, he really did not remember but it was stupid in any case. It had became a shouting/cursing match and ended almost in blows if not for Dimitri leaving. 

His bad mood only intensified at the sight of people in dresses and suits walking merrily into the school. The expensive outfits did not make him feel self-conscious about wearing something less flashy. A decent pair of jeans and a white shirt with a black jacket over it was more his style. Getting out of his car he had grudgingly drove to get off the property faster, he made his way towards the school, looking up quickly at the full moon.

Lindsay elegantly stepped into the room. Clutched to her arm territorially was Austin Redds, the quarterback of the football team, who was obviously her date. Austin had a nice tone of tan skin and dreamy bright blue eyes. He was tall, and muscular, and they looked like the perfect celebrity couple. But Austin's facial ex
pression begged to differ.

"Hey Karrie!" She bent over, and hugged Karrie. "Wow. It looks great." Lindsay turned, taking in the scenery. "This is Austin. You probably heard of him, but you haven't formally introduced." Austin stuck out his firm hand. It was obviously all a show. Lindsay just needed a date, and Austin just wanted...

Lindsay glared at Austin's smirk, which showed that he didn't care about anything until after the dance. Lindsay's ex
pression screamed, I know what you want. You aren't getting any. I personally just used you for the dance. I am throwing you out like old news afterwards.

 Karienne looked around and spoted Lindsey. She smiled and waved the girl over.

"Hey Karrie!" her friend said. "Hey Lin." Karienne said as she hugged her friend back quickly. She suddenly felt very plain as she looked at her prettier friend. She then noticed She raised Austin and raised an eyebrow.

This is Austin. You probably heard of him, but you haven't formally introduced." Lindsey said. Kari put back on her smile and shook his hand when he offered it. "Of course I know Austin. Best quater back we've ever had." she said smiling. He looks like a piece of work. She thought as she looked the boy up and down. I knew she wanted a date but Austin. He's a totally jerk towards women. Only want them for one thing. She moved some curly from her face and forced the thought from her head. Lindseys asking of Austin was none of her buisness. "Well anyways you two look great." she said. "I hope you enjoy the party."

"Hey Austin, excuse us, kay?" Lindsay chimed innocently.

"Uh. Sure babe." Lindsay grunted silently, and jerked Karrie's arm towards the bathroom. She ran in with Karrie, and felt like crying.

"God!" She chided. "I am an idiot!" She looked to Karrie for sympathy. "The way he said babe... ticks me off!" She declared.

"Here's what happened. I know Austin is a jerk, and a moron. Everyone knows that. But Leslie dumped him because he was getting a bit too close for comfort, and then was my window of oppurtunity. I flaunted myself right in front of that jerk and he asked me to the dance. I don't like him... but my image would be ruined if I came single." She uttered the last word out disgustedly. "So I accepted. And he just wants.." She paused, and groaned. "And I am NOT that kind of girl. So once this is all said and done, it's over." She looked distressed.

"Uh woah-" Karienne said as her friend suddenly pulled her away into the bathroom.

She listened quickly as her friend spoke, then flinched when the girl spat out single as if it was something bad. When everything was done she let out a little sigh.

She thought slowly about what she should say. "Austin...." She began. "He's well, I'm not exactly sure he'll get lost after the dace. I mean he can get handsy." she said slowly. She shook her head. "Well Lin, I really don't know what to say. If he gets to handsy tell me kay, I have a baseball bat near the DJ station."

((Lucky the wolf will like come and eat him so she won't have to worry about anything.))

"Don't worry 'bout it. I'll slap that boy's..." Then she thought, But he'd enjoy that, wouldn't he? She smiled devilishly. "Just don't be surpised if he ends up like those poor mauled people. That's all I have to say."

She grabbed Karrie's hand, and sprinted back out onto the dance floor.

"Austin... I am sorry, and I don't know how to say this..." She continued melodramatically. "But it's over."

((You should powerplay Austin right now.))

Austin' smiled ash he saw Lindsey approached. "Hey babe." he said.

"I'm sorry but we're over." she said.

His eyes suddenly narrowed. "I'm sorry what?" he said looking down at her. He started chuckling. "You're breaking up with me?!" He looked down at her. His blue eyes buring with rage. He grabbed her shoulders roughly. "A s*** like you couldn't possibly be breaking up with me!"

Karienne eyes grew wide and pulled her walkie talkie. "Damien, Patrick we got a problem on the dance floor. On of your football buddies."

She stepped towards Austin. "You let go of her now. I have a bat back there and I'm not afraid to crack you in the head."

((Could you powerplay Austin and have him respond to that? I would feel weird. Plus I'm gonna have to guys come and through him out like they do in the movies. XD))

((Cool. XD I can't help but actually smile in real life right now. XD))

Lindsay looked insulted, and spoke rapidly, her comebacks like bullets. "Easy on the grip, b****. My shoulders aren't all buff like yours. And who are you calling s***, j******? I really don't wanna f***ing make this harder than it needs to be."

Austin looked at Lindsay in disbelief. "I thought that was the whole reason you wanted to go out, b****! I wouldn't have come to this dance if there was another reason!" He strengthened his grip on Lindsay's shoulders. Then he turned to Karienne. "I'm so scared." He faked fear in his voice. Then the rage bured even more deeply in his eyes. "Did you make her break up with me? 'Cause I sure as h*** know that she was totally in love with me when we came to the dance." He was being illogical, and loosened his grip on Lindsay. "Babe, this is your last chance..." He said, and he became a bit too feely. Lindsay slapped his face, and shouted a stream of curses.

((Yeah I can't possibly think of a swear that stats with j.))

Karienne felt her face go pink as she noticed people were starting to watch. The music was still playingbut the DJ was looking at her. She snapped her fingers and waved her index finger in a circle. The DJ nodded and grabbed the baseball bat, he then tossed it too her. She caught it easisly. Then tapped it on the floor lightly then swung it and hit Austin in the head.

The two football guys who had be the body gurads came over laughing. "Nice swing Kare." They said as they picked of Austin off the floor.

Karienne nodded and looked at Lindsey a apologetic look on her face. "Hey I'm sorry Lin, but he gave me no choice."

"Trust me, I wish I could have done it. But baseball bats don't fit well in Gucci purses." She smiled, a wholesome grin on her face. "Are you allowed to do that, Mrs. Karienne?" She laughed.
