Calyx sighed. "Homesick," she muttered. She covered her face with her jacket and thought if she had made the right choice of leaving Kohaku. Did he even miss her? she wondered. What am I to him? A snack? she asked herself.

"Just about to say the same thing," Smirked Kohaku, letting on a sudden burst of speed.

"I hope you get feeling better," Zane said before getting up and walking to sit beside Lend.

Lend gave Zane no recognition. He was in a daze, staring at the floor.

Mlle ran beside Kohaku, perfectly matching his speed. Her legs pumped her and her claws grabbed the snow-covered ground. She didn't want to let him win, but she didn't want to win either. She could smell the fainter smell of him, the phone. She stopped right in front of an alley. She did a ninety-degree turn and barrelled down the alley, not bothering waiting for Kohaku. "I smell it!" She ran a few meters down the alley before coming to an opening. In the middle of the opening was a large building, the Rescuers' HQ. She saw an indention in the snow right in front of a door and sniffed it. "It was here." She waited for Kohaku to catch up.

Kohaku smiled, the werewolf was fast. He came skidding to a stop once she told him that they were there. A familiar scent filled her nose. The rescuers HQ. He cursed under her breath. Why here? He thought. "Yeah, I know this place," He hissed.

Calyx curled up.

Terra was getting bored until Abbadon flew into the room. He landed on the arm of the chair and looked up at her. Terra gently petted the top of his head. "Jinta kick you out?" Terra asked. He cawed softly and closed his eyes when Terra started petting his neck. Abbadon moved his head away from her hand a peered at the door. "What is it?" Terra looked at the door.

Mlle barked at the door. She couldn't hold back her wolf instincts. She began clawing at it, something very stupid. "It's in here!" She looked up at Kohaku.

Lend looked at the door with a puzzled look. Maybe it was Roku or one of the others. He didn't wonder too long on the subject before looking back down. Zane closed her eyes and put her head on Lend's shoulder, tired from all of the junk that happened that day.

"Mlle!" He snapped, grabbing her by the scruft of her neck and away from the door. "I know its in there now," He sighed. "Thats the Rescuer's HQ," He explained.

Calyx jumped. "What's out there?" She said worriedly.

The scratching at the door made Terra jump a little. She looked at the door worried. Abbadon hopped to the chair's other arm and looked at the door aswell and cocked his head.

"Hey!" Mlle changed back human and rubbed her neck. "Ow! That hurt! How would you like it if I grabbed you by your neck?!" She looked at Kohaku and frowned. "Oh, oops? Is that good or bad?"

Zane looked at Calyx. "Probably one of the werewolf members..."

Mlle looked at Kohaku and frowned. "They're people in there," she said hearing the conversation that was going on in there.

Kohaku rolled his eyes. "Yes, there is people in there," He snapped.

Calyx shivered, then a familiar sound his her ears. Kohaku's insults. "Kohaku's here?" She said in disbelieef, darting for the door. And to her amazment, there he was. "Kohaku, what're you doing here?"

Kohaku glanced up at Calyx. "See! You were too loud."

If Mlle was a wolf, she would've had her ears layed back in shame. "I'm sorry," she said looking up with puppydog eyes.

Zane looked at the door. "Oh, he's back."
