Drakine ground her teeth together. Her legs were bent over the bush and her back lay against the ground. "D-a-m-n," she growled, drawing out the word. Getting her hands in just the right spot, she drew her legs up to her chest before she flipped over and landed lightly on her feet. Her eyes narrowed into a glare as she ignored Alik. Noticing a longish stick to her right, she dipped a few toes underneath it before kicking it up. She grabbed it and noticed it was about the width of a rokushakubō staff. She tested its balance by spinning it around in her hands as knowledge of how to use it came back. A slow smile curved her lips.

Demyan was already grinning wildly, he hadn't had a real fight in a long while and was going to make it last until he ran out of everydrop of energy.

Jakio sighed "this again?" he said right before he fell to the ground landing softly on his feet. He scratched his head for a moment. "how boring" he said to himself as he looked up at them.

Alik continued to walk and froze as an familular scent reached his nose. His eyes grew wide in shock. There's no way! He thought as he continued to walk until he froze once more at the sight of his old friend below a tree. He smiled wildly and tackled him giving him a couple of fists to the shoulder while laughing.

Jakio flew to the ground and was stunned when he saw his old friend "Alik?" he said before giving him two back. They used to have a war like this, or a playfull fight where the one who would stop first was weaker.

((hmm lets say Alik was a human when he met Jakio and they became friends but got seperated >3))

Drakine spun the staff in her hands a few more times. She would have to wait for Demyan to attack her to use it though. With a sigh, she glanced around to see if she could use anything else, but she spotted nothing. She would have to make due with the staff until she could get the upper hand. Spinning the staff so it was now behing her, the end rested on the ground and she let one arm hang against her side. Her black eyes focused on Demyan. "Coming baby vamp?" she asked, taunting.

Ash watched them. She was glad that this had seemed to distract Jukio, but still suprised. ((fail XD)) 

Demyan frowned "do i look stupid to you? Do you really think im gonna go over there so you can hit me? your more dumb than i thought" he said with a sigh.

Jakio smiled at him and laughed "hey you have any blood on ya" he said with his hands out like and smiled big when he was handed two bottles. He sat down under the tree with Alik and began to drink them "i dont know how you can drink that" Alik said as he pulled out his animal blood bottle thankfull that he had a bit left in it. Jakio took a swig of the blood "i dont know how you can drink that" he shot back with a laugh.

Drakine flashed a smile. Then, very ninja-like, seemed to vanish from view. Suddenly reappearing behind Demyan with her not-a-real-rokushakubo staff twirling behing her. Swinging it like a baseball bat, she aimed to hit the vamp in the small of his back.

She shrugged; "One has to be fast when dealing with vampires." Drakine snarled when her staff as broken. "Better to have an advantage than to be completely vulnerable," she growled as she spun round and aimed a kick at his stomach. 

Jakio looked up along with Alik "you know her? as expected only you would make friends with my dinner" Jakio said with a laugh as he gave a friendly punch at Alik. "Why don't you come down?" Alik said while looking up "He wont try anything now that he's had his share" he said with a laugh as he punched Jakio back.

Demyan took the kick to the stomach and flew into the brush. He put his sungl@sses on so that she couldn't tell where he was due to his glowing eyes. He moved swiftly and silently as he ran around her making her hear things in different areas. He quickly kicked her side and grinned as he felt his foot make contact.

Seeing his glowing eyes disappear, Drakine cursed to herself and glanced around. Hearing a rustling behind her, she glanced over her shoulder before pain lanced through her side as she stumbled sideways before tripping over an upraised tree root. Landing hard on the ground, her breath was taken from her. Breathing hard to get her breath back, she slowly got to her hands and knees. The pain in her side made it harder to move as it spiked under her skin. Her eyes narrowed as her brows furrowed together.

"Dammit," she hissed through the pain.

Drakine glanced up at him with loathing shining in her black eyes. Ignoring his question, she moved into a crouch before swiftly sweeping out his legs from under him. With a hoarse cough, she slowly stood up as she rubbed her side. "Go to hell," she snarled a little breathlessly.

With one hand rubbing the side he had kicked, Drakine growled and stumbled back a few steps. Using her fingers, she gently probed her side. A bruise would probably make it self apparant tomorrow. Moving higher up on her side, she winced as her fingers probed a rib. Great; it was broken. With it broken she might not be able to win against Demyan.

Jakio frowned  "aw! here you can have some of your blood back" he said with a big grin on his face as he held up a bottle at Kyla before bursting out laughing along with Alik.

Demyan jumped to his feet and brushed off the dust from his clothes. With a small smile on his face he continued to walk towards her calmly and focused. He didn't feel as piped up as before with energy, but he still had alot left, and he was going to use it wisely.
