Yukita walked through the building, her low heeled boots clicking on the tile as she made her way towards the containment room. She stopped by the lab coat rack, picking the black one. She hated the usual white, so instead she had died hers black against the wishes of everyone else. She picked up her clipboard, spotting her co-worker. "Hey Catie. How are the experiments.

Yusharan awoke from a nightmare, wimpering in his cage. He tried to get up and stretch, but his feathery mohawk brushed against the top when he had only rolled onto his stomache. He had grown over night, litteraly, now he was the size of a 3 year-old dane (referring to the Great Dane.) He stuck his nose out of the bars, looking at the other, experiments, they had been called. He was carefull about what he did for everything was written down on the clipboards the humans always held.

Kiona sat in her cage. She looked around. The expitriment next to her was awake. She smiled. she had been watching him for quite sometime. He was big and he had wings like her. Although he wasn't a human Kiona seemed to like him. Kiona didn't really like any animals but this one was different. She peered out of her cage. The White coats were staring at them. They took lots of notes about her and another expiriment. They both would not sleep. And when they did it was only for a short amount of time. Maybe two hours in 4 or 5 days. She sighed and continued to looke at the humans that expirimented on the them.

Catie held her clipboard, writing urgent notices and observations on the various experiments.  She strode back and fourth amoung all the cells, looking up occasionallly to check on the conditions of those inside.  She spun around and glided gracefully over to her co-worker, Yukita.  Even know it was against the rules, she was in bare feet to avoid startling the experiments with the chattering of her heels on the thick tile.  "Very well, actually." she replied in her cool voice.

Tru rested his furred face on his thick, cat like talons.  His tail flicked calmly, the humans had just recently moved him to a larger enclosure, one that would at least allow him to stand and turn around with ease.  His golden eyes scanned the familiar labratory, his ears twitched at the sound of the humans talking... the short one, Catie her name was... had just fed him his ration and wrote down notes about his behavior, as usual...although there wasnt much to document.  He spent about half the day sleeping.  The other half just staring.

Seri snarled dangerously between the bars of her cage.  Lunging at the walls of her own enclosure.  Her tail whipped threateningly from side to side.  Her ears flat against her head in agitation.  Her lip curled, revealing dagger like fangs, and her claws dug into the metal base of her prison.  She paced back and fourth, growls vibrating through her throat.  When the girl with the clipboard approached, Seri threw herself against the front bars of the cage, clawing at the human, being held back by the prison's strength.  She jumped back and laid in the back of her cage.  Her eyes glowing a deep crimson, her long whip like tail wrapped around her body, the tip still flicking.  A low growl escaped her throat once more as the human walked away.

Dusk folded her arms and flitted around the cage she was in. Her dragonfly wings beat 100 times per second as she flew into the side of the cage looking furious that she couldn't get out. She was agravated that she was 5 inches tall and her cage was made when she was five feet. She wondered for a second how the heack the scientists had made her smaller. She had been parcially asleep when it had happened and she had been a 5 year old. She didn't remember much.

She raked her claws down the cage door, making that screechy sound that happens when fingernails are on a chalkboard or silverware against a plate. She shivered at the sound and dropped to the bottom of her cage. She bounced up and down as someone started walking towards her cage...

Thalia yawned, waking up. As she stretched she extended her wings, then grimaced. Her wings couldn't extend all the way-the cage had been made when she didn't have them. "You'd think they could at least have modified it, seeing as they made me into a freak," she muttered to herself, glaring at the 2 scientists. Her tail lashed. Those scientist had been studying her, writing on that stupid clipboard of thiers. Well, she wasn't going to tell them anything- especially not that she could become a wolf. She didn't think they knew that yet...at least, she hoped not.

Kae leaned back against the wall of his cage, watching the scientists. He grinned, showing his pointed teeth. "Here they come again." he said. This place wasn't that bad, if you ignored the fact you were being kept in a cage. At least they fed you. Anyway, he thought, unusually morosely, It's not like I could actually fit in outside anymore. He looked at the long fur on his clawed hands and feet and the scales on his arms and legs, then ruffled his wings. Then, shaking off the moment, he leaned forward. Hmm...maybe if I "entranced" them, I can filch some food from them. "Come on, look my way...." he muttered, his black and green eyes growing slit-pupiled.
