Dusk struggled against the hand that was holding her and crushing her wings. She pulled her hand free and slashed across the already bloody hand of Yukita. "Let me go!" She squeaked in ehr tiny fair voice, tryingto get free of the holder. "HELP!" Dusk's voice wasn't that loud due to her being only 5 inches tall, but Nyara, who was 1 foot tall, could hear and felt heart broken that she could do nothing about them carrying away her friend and fellow fairy like being...

"Now now, little one. Is that anyway to treat your superiors?" Yukita smiled as she lightly flicked the little fly. "Catie, I think you should handle this one. I will make sure Yusharan is nice and cozy." She laughed as she held out the little creature.

Nyara gripped the bars of her cage and watched the hand off with Catie and Yukita. Unlike Yukita, Dusk was afraid of what Catie could do to her. She shuddered and stopped stuggling. She had heard the cries of other expiriments as they Catie came to call and she was afraid of what Catie had in store for her...

Catie smiled wickedly down at the small creature, taking the small hybrid into her own hands. Her unique, crazed features were apparent in her eyes. "Dont worry small one." she cooed in a dark whisper stroking the girl gently. She awaited Yukita to finish. She hated holding the hybrids, for fear she may get the urge to infect them with some experimental toxin... She knew that she was crazy. But crazy was her normal.

Kiona watched from her cage. Her hands gripped the bars on her cage. She didn't like how the white coats treated the other expiriments. No one really payed attention to Kiona. She liked to watch the humans. she wished she could break out of her cage and run. Maybe someday she would escape from these humans with the others. She dreamed of that day.

Dispite her small size, she had amazing strength... she always debated if she could take some of her own DNA and mix it with a dangerous hybrid. She sighed heavily, pacing over to the toxins table, she pulled out a small dart, the perfect size for a creature under a foot tall. She loaded the dart with one hand... and rose it to the faerie hybrid's neck. She sighed and stopped in mid action, lowering the weapon. She stroked the hybrid..."I wouldnt hurt you." she whispered wickedly

Dusk breathed a sigh of relief as she felt the ominous prescence of the needle dissapear off her radar. She was tempted to say Yes, you better not try anything! but didn't because it might make Catie mad and then Dusk's short life would be over. She shuddered at the sound of Catie's menacing voice..

Kiona scowled and hid in the back of her cage when the white coat pulled out a small dart. She whimpered quietly and buried her face in her knees. Her tail was curled around her ankles. She couldn't bear to watch this evil human hurt this tiny creature.

Nyara glanced over at the cage next to her that held Kiona. "Are you alright?" She asked the mutated creature. Althoguh she was only 8, she knew when other's were feeling down and some how felt that way herself. It was empathy, an ability, not a power...
