Hawkfrost awoke in the warriors den. He decided to sit in the middle of the clearing. He was thinking of all the she cats. He wished he had a mate. Maybe an apprentice would make him more handsome.

Moonstar was laying in her den. She couldn't get to sleep. She was thinking of Thundclan and their attacks. A essential thing every warrior needs. She walked out of her den on highrock. She didn't notice  Runningrook until she scrambled up beside her. ''I went on a little patrol. You won't belive what I found.'' she meowed. ''Show me'' she mewed. ''Okay.'' she said. ''But eat this first.'' she meowed as she grabbed the rabbitt from behind her. ''Thank You.'' Moonstar meowed. She heard rustling frim the tunnel. "Who goes there?" She yowled. Runningbrook yowled in horror, "Wake up! Badger!"  Moonstar already flew herself on to the brute. She clawed it's back as in howled in pain. She aimed for it's neck but he was already ready. He grabbed her back.
