Ooc; Agh, okay. Listen to Shad. :I Any speedposting is mean to others, caput. I probably screwed up a lot in my post because Jay was just standing there while you had your exchange. It isn't fun trying to catch up. :x Just, slow down once you've exchanged replies with the same person twice or something. Before Jay could move an entire slew of events happened, flashing past his eyes. First Anima had shielded himself from Jay's electricity, an unfortunate occurrence, but the air elemental wasn't aiming for a kill. Just to stop the madness. Lips twisting with distaste Jay stepped back a foot or two when another mutant appeared in there area, floating down on a disc of gravity while Anima began taunting the other two...and him. For the first time in months the blood began to boil in Jay's ears, though with a bit of effort he calmed his thumping heart. Now wasn't the time to lose himself. Eyes narrowed at Fallen, the newcomer, Jay curled his hands up. Now Fallen was toying with Anima, who was still toying with Holly and the other boy, The Northern Lights? Ah, names didn't matter so much in a game of death. But cruelty, that wasn't very nice, now was it? Jay understood that if he liked he could do much the same as Fallen was, burying the male under layers of air until there was too much to even breathe. But that was a slow, and painful, way to die. Grimacing at the lack of options Jay was about to wrap Fallen in a swathe of air that would prevent him from speaking, at least, when the arrogant male spoke again. This time, apparently, at empty air. And now we have InvisibleInk. A veritable gathering of mutants. Closing his eyes and taking a deep breath Jay steadied himself. "Alright. You know what? Anima, Fallen? You two are being idiots, pardon my language. Holly's in pain, obviously at her limits and you two decide to have fun with her and the other boy? I'd say find your humanity, but you obviously don't have any. Leave them alone, alright? Kill them another day. A day when they stand a chance and you aren't slaughtering them." Now it was going to come. He'd probably pissed off the other men but Jay didn't give a damn, to be honest. It was better they attacked him rather than Holly and The Northern Lights. It was clear that the two had come to a truce, so if he died there would still be mutants willing to fight out there. A lazy smile fell across Jay's face as he flexed his fingers lightly, pressing the air down on Anima and Fallen lightly. "Anima, you may have awesome reflexes, but want to bet it against my mind? Same to you Fallen. Because if you make a move that has any intent to hurt in it, you can bet you'll find yourselves crushed by a few tons of air. Are we clear?"

Dustin nudged Riley's shoulder playfully in a sad attempt to cheer the girl up. She was beginning to scare him, as she was always there to guide him in the Arena. Riley pulled away without a word and picked herself up to her feet, her dark wings rustling anxiously behind her. Again, Dustin knew something was wrong and his hazel eyes swept around the clear open space where they had landed. "What is it, Hazard?" "Something's wrong," she murmured, her black eyes flickering around. She raised her hands to her side and Dustin thought she was going to summon shadows, but a gentle breeze kicked up around them. Riley sent the breeze around herself, seeming to feel the wind, in a sense. Dustin watched in awe as she opened her crimson eyes, now flecked with gold. "Dustin, tornadoes." Dustin blinked, not registering the words. "Um," he responded, ex
pression blanked. Riley twirled her fingers around in the air, brows arched with irritation and slight amusement at him. "Tornadoes. The big old cyclones in the sky or whatever. We need to find shelter," she said with a nod to herself, then her eyes glanced at nothing. She listened to the wind again and fear tingled her spine, something she hadn't felt in a long time. "These aren't natural. We need to find the others and warn them," she said urgently, heart pounding. Dustin only nodded when she said so, but the poor boy was tired beyond compare. Flying all that way on his small sparrow wings had taken their toll on him. Riley noticed this and hissed in frustration. "Go bird. I'll carry you. Tessa should be here soon," she said so and Dustin obliged. Taking to the air in the threat of a tornado wasn't exactly Riley's type of move, but this was urgent. Ooc; Lake, if you reply, everyone else will want to. We're going to wait for Dragon and Serenity now. Oh, and Lola.

Ooc; Shad, should I just post something for Tessa so she doesn't get left behind? It should affect anything else. c: Tessa's belly grumbled slightly as she crept through the waving grasses, feeling out of her element in the large open space. Head twisting and whiskers twitching the tiger sniffed the air, opening her mouth to let all the scents flood over her scent glands. The advantage of such a clear area was that the smells were so much clearer. Detecting the faint metallic tang of Riley and the softer, sweeter aroma that was Dustin's Tessa kicked up her speed a bit, loping through the grass until she reached the two. Shifting back into a human Tessa caught some of Riley's words. "Tornadoes. The big old cyclones in the sky or whatever. We need to find shelter," Eyes widening Tessa walked up to Riley cautiously as she warned Dustin, asking him to turn into a sparrow. "What now?" she asked her heart thumping slightly. Tessa was brave, but weather wasn't her element. The thought of a giant cyclone of air made Tessa want to shift into the tiniest form possible and crawl deep underground, where the scent of the earth could surround her. Shivering gently the shifter looked from Riley to Dustin then back again. "Where...where are you planning on going?" she asked in a hoarse voice, feeling slightly ashamed at showing fear in front of the Shadow Caster. It would be unfortunate if she accidentally sparked the blood-lust within the shadow manipulater.

Ooc; Serenity, you can have your characters meet anyone. The storm is going to move the plot along by a lot. Riley knows they're not natural and that's going to start to drop clues about the Arena and how they're really underground and not roaming around on the surface.

Ariskye leaned forward slightly over the controls as she watched a few of the screens and the people they showed. Her grin and turned into something more nasty before she heard yelling coming down another hall. She turned towards it and motioned for Draek to continue messing with the controls. He inclined his head slightly before he increased the wind speed; to make the tornados form faster and make them more deadly. Leaving her half-blood brother to that, she took a neutral stance and watched as one of the three doors that lead to this room was kicked down. Appearing in the doorway was a guard and his eyes widened when he spotted Draek and her. She grinned as recognition turned to instant fear. "Sh-sh-shadowpawn!" he exclaimed, his voice cracking at the end as Ariskye strode forward. "That was my Arena Name," she hissed, her eyes narrowing into deadly slits. "I'm suprised some people still remember it." Silver lightning suddenly sparked from her fingers and up her arms before dissipating. This happened several times. "I go by Ariskye Siome now, since I escaped this place with my half-blood brother." Moving closer to the now-collapsed man, she drew back her arm and hooked her fingers into claws before lashing out with them. The sharp claws sliced through the man's jugular and spilt over to the ground as he let out a rather wet gasp. Ariskye turned back to the doorway and raised her hand again. Sparks shimmered around her palm, but it wasn't lightning. This time, fire blasted down the hall, charing everything in its way. The flames also licked Ariskye's skin up to her elbows; murmuring how great of a killer she was. When the flames dissipated, she tilted her head to one side. How many kills did she have? She shrugged one shoulder. She'd find out later. Ariskye turned her attention back to Draek, who was now pressing an assortment of buttons. As she moved closer, she could tell these buttons where for sleet, torential rain, and hail. Interesting combination going on there. Looking up at the screens, she could see the sleet, rain, and hail started falling from the dark, angry clouds.
Nothing can stop the US Air Force except lightning within five nautical miles.

Nathan is able to make his body totally intangible. Pysical attacks pass right through him and he can even go through objects. However, he still avoids contact, as he says feeling something inside him is quite unplesant. "Energy" based attacks can still hit him, but the results are dulled and only cause pain, not actual damage due to him not having a pysical form. For example, a fatal electric shock would only put him through an intense amount of pain, and fire would only give him the feeling of being burned, but not actually burn his body. Still, enough pysical pain and his mind could shut down, either by making him pass out or even shutting down completely, resulting in death.
Also, because of this, his skin is a grey-ish white color and his left eye does glow like that.
1st Kill Gain: Animal Soul Summon
With this ability, Nathan is able to call back animal spirits from the beyond and give them pysical forms to fight for him. He shares energy with them, so when they feel pain, he feels pain, and when they get tired, like from going on from a fight for too long, he gets tired as well. However, they have their own energy as well, so it isn't as stressful on him. They can fight pysically and can be hit by physical attacks.
Both these abilities contribute to Nathan's ability to see spirits that are still attached to the earth and even communicate with them.
Also, that blade is his and he uses it as a tool and last resport.
Personality:
Nathan is pretty hard to figure out. He's mysterious and usually keeps to himself. He's apathetic, and doesn't care about fighting unless it's in self defense. Although he pretty much has the drug under control, he's affected by the bloodlust of others and he'll lose control when attacked and will struggle not to get involved in a fight.
Rest will be RPed out cuz I'm having issues describing him. :V
