Damon got into a running position, facing the Cornucopia. He knew he was the fastest among them, so his confidence filled the air space around him.

Stefan got into the same position, knowing he wasn't the fastest, but he wasn't the slowest, either. He faced the wall of trees that so resembled the meadow beyond that damned fence in his district.

Dean muttered to himself, knowing he was the fastest. He got into the same position yet again, facing the Cornucopia as well. 

Bump.

How bout he's there already?

((Alright.))

Damon took off at the sound of the bell, a second after the plates deactivated. He ran at the Cornucopia, jumping at at the quiver of bows and arrows. He then grabbed a knife set, and the only other arrow set. On his way out, he grabbed a pack full of food and tents.

Stefan ran at the woods, dodging arrows and spears. He sprinted towards the middle of them, closest to the lake without being seen.

Dean tripped up at the sound of the gun, landing him in last as he ran towards the Cornucopia. He grabbed a backpack full of medicine, food, and a tent before heading to the woods. He was right next to Damon as he was struck by a spear in the leg. He fell, damon rushing to him.

"Sh!t." Damon muttered, Ripping the spear out of Dean's leg. He then ripped his shirt off, tying it around Dean's leg as he picked Dean up.

"C'mon." Damon pleaded, acting as a crutch to Dean as they made their way to Stefan.

"Crap, what happened?" Stefan asked, as they leaned Dean on a rock. "I got stabbed, what does it look like, you moron." Dean spat through gritted teeth.

"Well, maybe I shouldn't clean you up then." Stefan snapped back, as he opened the packs. He grabbed gauze, antibiotics and surgical stitches and got to work on Dean's leg. He cleaned it out with Iodized water, pouring it on dean's leg. Dean groaned, seething. He then stitched it up, before covering it with a strip of gauze.

"There."

Dean muttered a thanks, moving his leg and sitting upright. He moved to stand, leaning on Damon in order to stretch his leg.

Aria took off as soon as the bell rang, reaching the cornicopia second. Quickly grabbing a small, sharp knife and half a loaf of bread, she took off into the woods, making small, frightened noises like a scared animal. She ducked behind a large bush, panting heavily.

Zane, a slower, but stronger, compeditor, reached the cornicopia sixth of everyone. He managed to snag a thin blanket and a thick wooden staff. He tied the blanket around his waist and chased after the small girl who'd stood beside him. HE was far from heartless, and wanted to comfort her, let her know that she had at least one friend in the cruel arena.

As soon as Elli realized she wouldn't be one of the first to get to the cornucopia, she slowed down to a jog. As some of the others ran off, she scanned the ground quickly, finding the only useful item of a small knife. She glanced behind her and shrugged. Might as well go now. She thought to herself as she took of running towards desert area.

As soon as the minute was up, Asher had made up his mind. Instead of heading towards the cornucopia, he headed away, towards the trees. He knew he wasn't fast enough to get any good items so it wasn't worth the risk of harming himself. Yeah, because living one more day in the hell is better. He thought darkly.
