((Starting! The first part is just three days before we start, you don't have to do it, I just need it to introduce my two.))
Three figures stood atop a high plateu. One, the largest, dominated over half the space with its bird-like form. The other two were miniscule in comparison, but they didn't back down. One of them stood on two legs, and was standing closer to the large figure.
"Come on, Moltres, we aren't here to fight! We just need to talk!"
The large figure laughed, and the third figure, on four legs, bounded up to the two-legged figure. A large case bounced on her shoulder, the strap taut against the opposite side of her neck. The large figure bent his neck so he was looking directly at the two smaller ones.
"I don't believe so. You want the treasure, don't you? The flaming feather? Ha! You aren't getting it."
The four-legged figure looked up at Moltres, and whispered to the two legged figure. From her tone, she was obviously the leader of the two.
"Grovyle, he won't listen. Maybe we should-"
But at that moment, Moltres reined fiery breath upon her. But at the last moment, her companion shelded her.
"Absol! Run! Leave me here!"
Moltres stopped the flow of fire, and looked at the Grovyle in shock. The gras.s type was on one knee, panting hard in the effort to stay consious. The legendary bird smirked.
"You would risk your own life to save her? Bad mistake. Now both of you shall die!"
Grovyle fell to the ground, unconsious and unable to hold on any longer. As the bird readied another Flamethrower, the Absol raised the blade on the side of her head, and air seemed to swirl around it. She jerked her head to the side, as if slicing the air before her, and a small tornado encased Moltres. While he was trapped in the winds, she managed to get her partner on her shoulders, and bounded away, back down to the base. Moltres's voice rang out behind her.
"The treasure shall always be safe with me here!"
~~~3 days later(where we all start)~~~
Absol placed her clawed paw on the rescue request she had recieved two days ago. She worried for the Eevee, and wondered how she was going to make it 199 floors to the poor Pokemon. She sighed and placed her paw back on the ground, turning around.
She and her partner lived in Sharpedo Bluff, a hollow cliff formation that appeared like a Sharpedo. Her and Grovyle had graduated from the guild a little over a year ago, and could no longer live there. She glanced over at the two beds that lay side by side along the wall. Grovyle was in his, still unconsious, laying on his back in an image of peace. Absol worried for him. She sighed agan, then dashed up the stairs to Treasure Town.
She pas.sed Kangaskhan Storage, saying hello to the owner, Kangaskhan. She walked past Kecleon Shops, saying a greeting to the brothers, before she turned and made her way to Xatu Appraisal. She padded up to the counter, and called for Xatu, her voice happy.
"Xatu! I have something for you to look at!"
Almost immedeatly, the Psychic type bird appeared at the doorway to his house, and he seemed to glide over to the counter. His voice was smooth and light, and he spoke with a smile, like that of a rich man.
"Yes? What have you brought today, my dear Absol?"
She removed the Treasure Box from her neck, and layed it on the ground, opening it, and taking out a large green sphere. She held it in place as she set it on the counter.
"What is this, Xatu? Grovyle and I found it a few weeks ago after talking to Sceptile in Overgrown Forest. We would have talked to you tehn, but you were out of twon. And the past few days have been...hectic."
((As you've seen here, we won't start having people go to the big dungeon until later. right now, its daily life. Ima add a fewe more teams later.))
