And for Lightpaw and Rocketpaw, I suppose I have no choice but to mentor myself. Dogstrike and Crowstar can be their mentors. I think I'll bring in more warriors later))

Ringstar quickely bounded up onto Highrock, her fur rippling beneath her pelt. She opened her mouth and yowled. "Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey gather beneath the Highrock for a clan meeting. The cats crept out of their dens, excited to see the meeting. She looked around and meowed again. "This is a proud day for ReedClan, by naming apprentices we show ReedClan will survive and remain strong. Please come up Owlkit, Featherkit."

Owlkit and Featherkit cast nervous glance at eachother, still recovering from the loss of their mother. It's Ringstar's mother too. Owlkit reminded himself sadly. The two kits padded forward nervously.

Bloodclaw sat beneath the Highrock, like he always did.

Applesong sat outside of her den, tail flicking proudly. She remembered when the two kits were born. Great Starclan they were growing so fast! She was confident they would be excellent warriors. 

Rustheart, too, gathered beneath the highrock, impatiently flicking his tail.

"Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey, gather beneath the tall tree for a clan meeting!" yelled Crowstar accorss camp. "Rocketkit and Lightkit, please step forward." he said.

Dogstrike sat beneath the highrock, quietly encouraging the kits. 

oc; Can I have one of the kit's as my apprentice in Dusk Clan? as a Med. Cat?

Ringstar smiled encouragely down at the two kits. My kin, she realized suddenly.

Owlkit, from now on until you receive your warrior name you will be known as Owlpaw. And Featherkit, from now on until you receive your warrior name you will be known as Feathepaw." Ringstar scanned the crowd.

"Nighthawk, you are ready for an apprentice, you will be Featherpaw's mentor. I know you will p*censored* on your strength to  Featherpaw, and teach her the skills that will make her a brave warrior of ReedClan. You learned well from Bloodclaw and I hope you p*censored* down all of the knowledge he taught you.

Nighthawk bowed, stiffling a purr. She walked up to Featherpaw. "We're supposed to touch noses," she murmured. She bent her head down.

Songdapple padded to the clearing below the rock, her fur smooth and sleek. She lifted her head to look at the two kits, how fragile hey seem, she thought, especially since theylost their mother.

((Mmmmmm... Lightpaw.))

Featherpaw nervously touched noses with Nighthawk, then smiled at anyone who was watching.

Crowstar's tail flicked. "From this day forward until you recieve your warrior name, Rocketkit, you will be called Rocketpaw." he said. "Dogstrike will be your mentor."

"Lightkit has chosen a path different than that of a warrior, Songdapple has recognized her talents, and so it shall be. Lightkit, you will be Lightpaw until Starclan recognizes you as a full medicine cat, Songdapple is now your mentor."

Dogstrike and Rocketpaw touched noses. 

Ringstar nodded in approval. "And I will be Owlpaw's mentor." she leapt down from Highrock and touched her nose to Owlpaw.

Songdapple purred and padded forwards. She touched Lightpaw's back encouragingly with her tail. "You're doing fine." she mewed.

"Thank you." Lightpaw whispered nervously.

Owlpaw touched noses with Ringstar, excited.

Singdapple purred reasurringly. "It's alright little one. Let's show you your nest know ok?" she trotted off to the Medicine Cat's den, pausing to flick her tail at Lightpaw, "Come on then!"

Ringstar purred. "Go off with your sister and celebrate. But be up by sunrise tomorrow alright?" she stretched and kneaded the ground with her forepaws, satisfied with the day's events.

Owlpaw smiled greatfully. "Technically, you're my sister too, but I know what you mean." he purred, leaping towards Featherpaw. "Hi Featherpaw!" he purred.

Featherpaw smiled. "Hi!" she said happily. "Hey, Nighthawk?" she asked. "Can Owlpaw, Ringstar and you and me go and do battle training?" 

"Thank you." said Lightpaw, following her mentor

Ringstar nodded, "Of course, but next time, we are going to hunt. How does that sound?" she meowed"

Singdapple scraped some moss together with her paws. "Take this and make a nest over there." she ordered. "When you are done I will teach you some herbs." 

"Okay." Lightpaw said, taking the moss from Songdapple and flattening it into a comfortable nest. She padded back over to her mentor and smiled. "What herb do I learn first?" she asked excitedly.

Owlpaw and Featherpaw smiled at eachother. "Okay!" they said in unison. "Where are we going?" asked Owlpaw. 

Songdapple pushed some red berries towards Lightpaw. "Can you recognize them? These are Juniper Berries. They're good for bellyaches. Chervil and Watermint are also used for this." she meowed.

"To the training grounds," answered Ringstar. She bounded down the path, twitching her tail.

"Well, now I recognize them, You gave some to me when I had a belly ache when I was a young kit." Lightpaw said.

Owlpaw and Feather paw followed without hesitation.
