Kohaku came to Sara's side and let out a low growl. Dessen backed up a few steps. "If you need me, give me a holler." He opened the window and jumped out, landing on the ground silently and easily. Sara rubbed her head in frustration. "Yep, that's my brother," she said a bit confused.

Arashi fixed his gaze on the window he jumped out of,solid,tense.His eyes were glewed to it.Hakai looked at him and cocked his head to the side.

"He's more understanding that he seems." Sara looked at Arashi and smiled. "Calm down, once he's gone, he's gone unless you want him back." She looked out the window to make sure he was okay. She nodded and walked back to the couch and sat next to Arashi.

She was thinking about him again, Kenshi. The way he walks, his tough stature. She shook him from her head and tears streamed down her face. She felt sorry for him, and felt something else, something she couldn't name. Kohaku jumped up in the recliner with her and licked her hand.

"I'm going to go to town, okay." She walked out the door before he could respond and went to the forest. She had to settle things. She sat down on the ground in the forest. "We need to talk," she said loudly. She hoped that Kenshi could hear her and that he would come.
