"You don't need to despise yourself just because of what you are. I know that it's not the real you to kill someone." She walked towards him and got square in front of him. "I'm not a blood-sucking toy, neither are you. Neither do I get a kick out of watching something die that way I can live. It kills me inside, but I don't want to die." She only drank animal blood, but it still hurt her to feel blood sliding down her throat, satiating her thirst, and then having to look at the dead, lifeless corpse.
