Naomi scarffed down the rest of the rabbit. "There. That was easy. See how lucky you are to be with a fox? Where are your parents anyway Luff? You seem too young to be on your own."
"We have to go deeper into the forest to get away from the humans. But the deep forest is dangerous. Especially for a young raccoon like you. So stick with me, and you'll be fine."
Xaicus watched the fox carry the young raccoon into the forest, and huffed, shaking his head.
"Xai, would it not be benificial to move away from the humans? Are you not tired of rocks being thrown at you?" Louanctus questioned, preening his wing.
"Well of course. But either way, I need to find that lynx and let her have her little bat back. He did a bit of fluttering last night, and his wing seems better at least."
Naomi approached a clearing and sniffed the air. The stench of human was much fainter now. Then Naomi felt something gooey in her paws. She lifted her paw to find she had stepped in some blue stuff. She was standing in a bush of blue raspberries. "Huh... Well whaddaya know?"
