Fauna could feel that something was wrong. She licked Kazumi's ear and nuzzled Kaze. Then, the alpha stepped out of the den to find out what was happening. It took a bit to figure it out, but then she noticed that Felicia and Zhadow were missing. She went to search for them.

Felicia let out a howl that everyone could hear. She cried until her eyes hurt. She continued licking Zhadow's wounds. She was about to give up all hope when she remembered something. She was a warrior. She never gave up. She let out one more mournful, strong howl that told the whole story and she cried some more hoping that Zhadow would wake up.

Fauna stopped in her tracks when she heard the howl. Then, she ran full force to where the sad sound had come from. It was Felicia Something bad ahd happened. She stopped when she caught sight of Felicia and Zhadow. He was hurt bad. She could tell right away. The alpha went over and sniffed the male. I don't know if I can save him now. She laid down beside him, nudging and licking him. She didn't know what to do.

Felicia did what she normally did when she was upset, ran. In circles. She circled the trees surrounding Fauna and Zhadow. As she ran, she kicked up leaves creating a strange sight; an injured male with his friend running in circles around him and the alpha looking down on him.

Zhadow opened his eyes just barely. His wounds were deep but he had suffered hard times before. He was able to let out a whimper. coughing he was able to make out "F-Felicia"
