Wiping both eyes roughly with her palm, Maya let out a shuddering sigh, then smiled; A somewhat pained and self mocking smile. "I'm sorry I'm making you worry." She said quietly, closing her eyes and attempting to slow her breathing. When Nylat moved over and laid her head on the butterfly girls knees, Maya insitnctively reached out a hand, laying it on the side of the hybrids head, thinking over Nylat's words.

"Your awfully observant."

Maya jumped slightly, her face blanking as she caught sight of the Ring Master leaning against a nearby tree, his eyes compas.sionate. In one swift move, he stood in front of the butterfly girl, an understanding smile on his face. "Come on." He said warmly, holding out a hand. "The Circus is moving. I really wouldn't want to leave you behind."

Maya blinked, fear and god knows how many other emotions flying through her head... The Ring Masters face however, was that undeniable calm, and she held his hand as he pulled her to her feet with little hesitation. Besides, she was too unaware to bother retaliating.

"Nylat?... I'd like Maya to stay with you tonight, if you'd allow it. We may need the extra van space for the new kids, just until we relocate." He asked, gently placing an arm over an unusually quiet Maya's shoulder and pulling her back towards to clearing. 

Nylat nodded, standing and following, matching the Ring Master's pace.
"Wouldn't bother me. I'd be glad to share my van with her."
The hybrid purred, much more cheerful than she had been earlier. Her ears were laid back in an easygoing manner, not aggressive nor upset. Just...content. She showed this contentment very easily, and hoped that the rest of the day wouldn't spoil this. Though she knew her luck would deny that hope. She had the worst luck imaginable.

((Fail. But I had to respond, eh?))

Dravius grunted noncommitedly, crossing his arms at both comments, watching the three members scramble down the hill. He followed a fast trot, skidding to a stop at the bottom of the hill, jumping at Alto's snarl. "No, I don't, Alto, now get into a van, we're leaving." Dravius's voice was firm as he gazed clearly at Alto. "Calm down. Break's gone, and his handling wasn't rough enough to hurt her. He was being rather gentle for Break. I wouldn't be surprised if she had a fever, and there doesn't seem to be anyone looking after her, do you?"

Dravius raised an eyebrow and slipped into his van, laying the back of his hand on Silverbane's forehead. "Hmmm. I was right." He disapeared into the front part of the van, pulling a bucket that was filled with cold water. Wringing a rag out, he placed the colg cloth on Silverbane's forehead, sighing.

"Hmm. Alto, what's her name?" Dravius asked, pointing a finger at Silverbane. "She reminds me of Sarah for some reason." Dravius rummaged around in his closet pulling out what seemed to be a rather large sandwich. Taking a bite, he sat in the soft chair, curling his legs under him.

((Should really address the new people. o_O I'm only posting to move the new people along. Very short. xD))

It didn't take long to reach the clearing, now completely free of any tent or Circus equipment. The Ring Master strolled straight over to Nylat's van, leaving Maya to sit and watch him with a distant ex
pression as he walked towards the new kids.

"Guys." He said, gesturing over his shoulder at Maya's van. "The girls can stay in that van, Maya's staying elsewhere." He glanced at Spider, rubbing the back of his neck as he did. "You'd be better off staying with Dravius or myself, though Dravius' van currently is rather full..." He raised an eyebrow. "Unless your still going to insist on sleeping outside?"

Maya rested her head on the palm of a hand, before glancing upwards, a sudden feeling of exhaustion creeping up on her. It figured really... She sighed, silently wrapping her arms around her stomach, crossing her legs and closing her eyes.

[[ What time do you guys wake up? Geez... ]]

At the sound of the Co-Owner's voice, Ariskye flicked an ear in annoyance and ignored Dravius. If she could talk, she'd be telling him to shove it. But as he trotted off, she increased her pace to follow after him. Her paws lightly trodding on the gra-ss that teased her pads. She stopped when she heard Raphael speak. Glancing at him, her eyes followed the gesture he made to Mayanna's van. Dipping her head to signify an "Okay," she padded up to the door of the van before bounding up into it.

Gazing around with light crimson eyes, they stopped on a padded chair and she padded up to it. Stopping rather close, she twisted her head around and gazed at Kioko. But it was hard to actually say, "You can get off now, kid," when she could use humanspeak at all.

Jazz rolled her eyes at Dravius' comment towards her when she ssaw Raphael before walking over."Hey.You know what's up with Shizu?She snapped at me and my limbs are still aching."She said giving a weak smile to show she was feeling pretty fine even after the fight."Oh, and do you think it'd be fine if I stay with you for the traveling this time?I was going to let some of the new members use my van just in case."She said witha smile.Jazz wanted to talk to him more and figured it'd be nice to have time to actually just be casual and talk.

Ria looked around at the business that had ensued, and sighed."They're moving to a new town already?I guess I'll follow.I mean what's the fun in not watching."She told herself with a giggle as she climbed onto one of the wagons and relaxed.She might get in trouble but getting out of this town was well worth it.

 He knew it was that polite gentlemanly thing that insisted on boys always being separated from the girls, but he'd feel much more comfortable with them. It didn't seem "better off" to him. In his personal opinion, he'd be "better off" with the nice ladies. Raphael seemed like a nice enough hippie, but Spider always got loads uncomfortable around strangers, and nice ladies were easier to get used to. And they were less likely to hit him with something for no reason.

He did know he didn't want to be in Dravius's van, not because he was afraid it would be even more crowded, but because he had a feeling that maybe Dravius was more likely to hit. Though he didn't think Raphael hit people very much, Spider couldn't be too careful. He mulled over the question, quickly, since he felt that this situation required quick thinking or the world would implode. He was still just a bit nervous about how upset Dravius had been.

At this point, since the man kept asking so much if he was sure about his decision. It would be almost rude to decline, wouldn't it?  Spider was used to people asking once and then dropping it after they got an answer. This new stubborn development was hurting his head, because his original answer must have been the wrong one. Because why would the question be asked again if it had not? "Maybe I could hitch a ride for a little while, but I would feel much more comfortable outside, Mister Raphael." 

Nylat leapt up into her van, moving sure-footedly to her makeshift nest-bed. She circled it multiple times before settling down, facing Maya. The hybrid laid her ears back and closed her eyes, the exhaustion of the day catching up to her. Her breathing slowed a bit as she quickly fell asleep, having finally gotten the chance.

((Its amazing. Today, we went to the house of one of my grandmother's friends, and their dog instantly made me think of Nylat. Probably as close to Nylat as any dog will get.))

Fallow nodded, but wondered, if Dravius's van was considered full, then what would Mayanna's van be condsidered, with so many of them in there? But she didn't argue, and rather yawned, stretching a bit. She felt Gale's light touch on the top of her head, a touch only she could feel, and knew that the spirit was tired as well, to be stretched out on her head. Fallow smiled a bit, sure that the reason they were so tired was from their ongoing arguements.
