Spider was wiping tears from his face when Nylat spoke, and squealed quite loudly at the sudden appearance of the hybrid. He hadn't even heard Maya's quiet greeting, mostly because Zinc shrieks like a banshee when he decides something is funny. "I... uh... a j-joke? Kinda funny." His voice seemed to get smaller the longer he talked, so he distracted himself with feeling guilty over not responding to Maya with a POLITE GREETING, which was customary and should be done immediately.

He watched her walk away, an apology ready to fire but quickly squashed by the fact Spider has no courage whatsoever. So he glanced back up at Nylat, craning his neck a bit to see her. "Um, yes, a joke... silly. Good Afternoon Nylat, are you feeling okay? You sound a bit snuffly. And, and tell Maya I said hello when you see her?" 

Zinc cleared his throat, smoothed his shirt, and waved in a very "cool" fashion in Nylat's direction. "Yo. Maniac? Maybe one of us." He pointed at Spider, and mouthed "that one" while nodding, before leaning back and dropping his head onto his crossed arms. 

"Where do you think Sh'Yama went?" Spider asked, finishing up a design that looked a bit like a lopsided flower. Finally satisfied, he stepped back and looked at his van, before sitting down. Homey touches.

Zinc rolled over onto his stomach and dropped his head in his hands. "She's probably out wrestling sharks or riding a leviathan off into the sunset."

"A leviathan?"

"Big sea monster thing. Like a serpent."

"Oh."

 

Sh'Yama was not riding a leviathan into the sunset. That would be pretty cool, and she might have, if it were sunset and if a leviathan had been in the vicinity. Instead, she was padding around on the beach with a look of utmost rage upon her face. Someone had filched her cloak. Normally filch was a strong word. Surely, it was just misplaced. But she was positive that someone here had grabby hands and liked to touch things that didn't belong to them.

And something smelled positively vile! Hands clenching, and being quite neurotic, she decided she needed to get this growing anger off her chest before it grew to immense and uncontrollable proportions. "Raarrrrrgghhhh!" She yelled, fists shooting into the air and shaking at the sky. Immediately after this outburst, her hands dropped, she sniffed in a dignified sort of way, and went back to shoving people out of her way as she walked across the beach in search of her missing cloak.

Dravius sighed at Raphael's ex
pression, scratching one of his thin brows with his pinky finger, his face worried, and he sat back down, spreading his arms out and fell backwards,  thudding into the gras.s, his laugh worried at Rpahel's comment. "I suppose, but you can only keep up an illusion for so long, eh? And mmm, it's making my skin red. Or maybe I'm sunburnt. Either way," He shrugged, hopping to his feet and shrugging his shirt back on in the cooling air with a slight sigh. "I don't know if I can take another week of this," Dravius joked, tugging on one of his earrings. "Pssh. She looks oddly familiar. Do we know her from somewhere?" The boy bounched gently up and down, looking at Raphael and saying softly, "And stop worrying about me. It's painfully evident," He poked Raphael gently in the side of his face, his hair salt-scented and slightly stiff with ocean water.

"People in this place can take care of themselves," Dravius added, smiling. Tugging his hair out of his face, he pushed back his leather bracelet and pulled a rubber band off his wrist, gathering his hair into the band and pulled it away from his face, although several locks refused to stay, framing his thin face with sand-specked white. He jumped slightly at the angry raor that echoed across the beach, flinching slightly. "I wonder what's eating her? Maybe she's stepped on a crab," He teased slightly, grinning. "Oh look, It's Spider and Zinc," Dravius waved, looking back towards Raphael and saying, "I'm gonna go say hi."

Done playing with fire, Kioko sat back on the rock and basked in the sun for a few minutes.  She was beginning to doze off when an enraged shout caused her to jump violently and nearly tumble into the water.  Pushing herself back from the edge, Kioko looked around to see who had screamed and saw Yama agitatedly stomping around the beach, pushing people out of her way.  Worried for the older girl, Kioko slipped on her sandals and carefully climbed down from her craggy perch.  

Having to jog quickly across the sand to catch up with Yama, Kioko was almost out of breath by the time she was within earshot of her.  "Yama!  What's wrong?" she called out, making sure she was out of arms reach before speaking.  Yama didn't appear to be carrying a fork this time, but it never hurt to be safe.

"Oh yes... They'll get me eventually... I'll probably be running for the rest of the week," Raphael replied, smiling slightly, the beach towel still splayed over his shoulders. "And sunburn is part of the fun," He added with a slight chuckle.

He glanced off in the general direction of Tara, curious to know just why she'd brought a laptop. Well, Dravius was somewhat right, who did such a thing?... "You mean Tara?" The Ring Master asked, raising an eyebrow. "She joined us two days ago, along with Wolf," He frowned slightly, glancing around. "I wonder where she went?" He asked of no-one in particular.

Yawning slightly, the tall blonde stretched his form, looking back at Dravius when the Co-Master spoke again, snorting and crossing his arms. "It's not really you I'm worried about... And I'll worry anyway, thanks," He replied with a sniff. Well, it was true... The Circus hadn't been quite so conflicted as it had the past week, and inner problems had a way of getting out of hand.

The Ring Master returned Dravius prod with a push, then glanced towards the beach at the sound of the raging Sh'Yama. He smiled slightly at the white haired kids comment, then nodded and waved "Alright,". With a quiet sigh, he lifted himself from the floor and headed towards the beach in hopes of finding out just what was wrong with Yama.

Frowning, Maya glanced back towards the vans, before she stepped forward, crouching just in front of the ill-looking Wolf and folding her arms over her knees. "Your here because of what you are, right?... Like the rest of us," She sighed, throwing a startled glance over her shoulder at the sound of frustrated yelling.

Shaking her head, she looked back towards Wolf, about to speak again when Raphael appeared. The Ring Master took one look at Wolf, then diverted his path, glancing at the beach before looking at the blind girl.Maya stood when she saw Raphael approach.

"I'm gonna go see whats wrong with Yama," she said thoughtfully. Raphael would probably take care of Wolf, and she still wanted that walk. She nodded slightly, then turned and walked towards the beach, waving a slender hand at Yama and Kioko before she reached them. "Hello," She said, watching the water with a curious ex
pression as it caught the setting suns rays before looking at the other two, smiling slightly. "Is there something wrong?"

Wolf grimaced and a bead of sweat poured down her cheek. She didn't trust herself to speak without throwing up. Instead, she just slowly shook her head. She stopped when she began to feel dizzy. That wasn't why she had come to the circus. Because of her poweress. Why was it? Why had she come?

(( Kane can creates illusions of pain. He also can't feel pain. Basically like I said, he's similar to Dravious. Minus the fact that he's totally sadistic and random. ))

He sang, his voice quiet, yet sending tiny tingles of fear in any being close enough to him. Some of it was in Japanese, but mostly in english. SLowly, the lights went out in the park and his form disappeared into darkness. When the lights turned back on, he was gone.
