Raphael kept his eyes on Dravius as the white haired teen spoke, a dim smile forming on his face. It figured that Dravius would know, despite everything, that there was something wrong with him; Not to mention completely willing accept the fact. He really wasn't all that changed, besides of course his constant silent periods.

"I was about to suggest that," Raphael replied, chuckling, as Dravius spoke about staying outside the van for awhile. He lifted his legs off the arm of the chair, re-adjusting himself so that his feet once again touched the floor, and his elbows rested on his knees. The Ring Master gazed with pas.sing interest at the permenant blue and red tattoos on his lower arms, listening to the younger males voice with an unreadable ex
pression; His vision flickering for a moment towards the floor of the van as the wood changed colour with a sudden dowsing of sunlight.

Smiling slightly, he closed his eyes. "Naturally," He replied in an amused voice once Dravius had quieted. "Though I doubt you can ever call the Circus entirely peaceful. Besides, it wouldn't be much fun if it were," Laughing, Raphael stood up, stretching in a dramatic manner before walking to stand by his Co-Master. "Go right ahead, I'll be sure to lock the door on the way out," He said, leaning against the wall of the van with a joking smile.

Finally tearing her eyes away from the Co-Masters van, Maya nodded at Spider, folding her arms and allowing her wings to droop in order to save space... Well. It wasn't like she could fold them. The blazing red and other, more earthy colours of her wings caught the morning sunlight as they moved, and seemed to almost shimmer with a strange kind of surrealism.

"No-one here is normal," She replied, looking at the nervous male. "We're a group of people who are usually not so easily accepted in society-" She gestured at her wings. "Mistreated, abused, that sort of thing. The Circus exists in order to help people like us out of that life, it acts as a home for us, and a way of providing for ourselves," She smiled slightly. Raphael had practically drilled this idea into everyone with his talks over the issue. It was kinda hard to forget it in a hurry.

Julian nodded, placing his hands in his pant pockets. "Pretty much," He looked at both Chi and Spider. "Your both more than welcome to join, though I'm as.suming you don't have much choice," He said, his eyes focusing on the white haired male, his ex
pression somewhat understanding.

Jumping slightly at the sound of Nylat's voice, Maya sighed, then nodded, a small smile on her face. "I suppose. What is it?" She asked, looking up only when Kanec appeared. Julian glanced over at the Shapeshifter.

"Alright," He said, raising an eyebrow. They we're gaining quite the crowd today.

[[Sooo many white-haired individualsss! I have no choice but to dye Spider's hair!]]

Mistreated and abused? Did they think that's why he's here? 'Locked in a basement and routinely beaten with newspaper and threatened with boots... would that be considered mistreatment? Sera didn't use the newspaper all that much. Only sometimes.' He hoped they didn't think badly of his cousins. He didn't think his cousins knew any better. But all these people.... he wondered if they got hugs? Someone needs to be giving out hugs here. Having a nice home was good, but hugs made him feel loads better most of the time too.

The concept of this circus taking people in, and being a family... he didn't know what to think. He was aware his "family" and what went on at home was much different from what others considered a home and family. It was a bit challenging for him to wrap his head around the fact that the people here might actually be happy to see him every day. For something like that he supposed he could work for it. "Join... is there anything special we need to do?" He could spin a hammock. He wondered if they liked hammocks here.

He watched in curiosity as Nylat ran off, and looked at Chi. Not the full scent of a human? She looked like a normal girl to him, he found the streak in her hair quite fascinating, but humans did that all the time.  He wondered what she smelled like, but decided it would be best to not try and smell her. What did that mean then? Was she... related to a... badger? Or maybe she meant something supernatural, like a ghoul. He wondered what he smelled like. Maybe spiders weren't big news around here, and the smell didn't grab the creatures attention. Wow he hoped so. 

Dravius returned Raphael's comment with a small laugh, turning the black frosted knob on the door, emerging into the sunlight, enjoying the feel of the gras.s poking up in between his toes. He twitched his head from left to right, and spotting Mayanna, a smile curling his lips upwards. "Hey, May." He waved slightly, raising a long-fingered hand with a black studded cuff around it. "What's up?" Striding towards the clump of people, he looked at the boy whose hair color was bright white like his, with strange, definitely inhuman looks. "Who're you?" he asked gently, sensing his extreme anxiety. "He seeems not overjoyed to be here." Dravius said, sitting down and crossing his legs over another.

"I'm Dravius, guys, and I'm the Co-Owner of this Circus." Dravius said as he uncrossed his legs and lay back on the gras.s, yawning widely and closing his eyes. "I'll have ti ask your names before we get you a van, and just to make it clear, I'm not shareing mine at this point."

Spider blinked, unsure whether he was being addressed or not. 'He', he had said. Besides Mr. Julian he was the only 'he' here. He cleared his throat politely. "Boris Blodwen. Better known as Spider. And, yes...  a tad nervous. I'm just unsure is all-- though I think this is quite nice. But my cousins gave me very little warning..." But he wasn't going to stress on that. His cousins gave him little warning for anything. He felt all of a sudden that he shouldn't be standing taller than the Co-Owner, but remained standing anyway. He did slump forward a bit though. "Nice to meet you Mister Dravius."

A van? He gets a van? He wouldn't mind sleeping outside. In fact, he wouldn't mind getting a tree. He didn't get to go outside much and climbing a tree was always an exhilarating experience. But they might think him weird for saying such. And there was the issue of rain and bad weather... he might need somewhere a little more solid with a roof.

So he remained silent, though he was still keen on the idea of making a hammock and sleeping in that.  He went over what Dravius said, and decided if he had a whole van to himself he wouldn't want to share it with anyone either. Spider thought he shouldn't even have to say 'I'm not sharing' he was the Co-Owner, after all. It would be pretty arrogant for a newbie to expect to share a trailer with him.

Ariskye padded closer and she moved her stance into one similiar to a crouch as she stalked forward. With her deep crimson eyes gleaming slightly, she kept them focused on one thing; Raphael's shoe. Or something close to that. She flicked her ears back before swiveling the right one to the side as her tails intertwined and broke apart. She paused and her whiskers twitched. Then, she moved forward again. Keeping to the shadows so she wouldn't be spotted. Yet. 

Dravius paid little to no attention to the kick he recieved, sitting up and saying, "Why not? It's either that or stare into the sun for a few minutes." Geting to his feet, he stretched his long form and turned on his heel, yawning again. "Come on May, I'm terrible at explaining anything. Besides how to hammer six million nails into a van." The co-master's lips were in something that almost resembled a true smile as he raised his eyebrows.

"What, your cousin's dropped you off and din't even bother to walk you past the gate? What, are they jealous? Not everyone gets to travel with a circus, much less one resembling a freak show at this point. Although, I've learned your names, I don't know what you can do. Before we move out, I'd like a sense of what your abilities are, as to figure out who to place you with for the first few weeks of your being here. It always helps to have someone with similar abilities or habits to get you used to the absolute chaos here."

"Here, me and May will start. My name is Dravius Wolfe, Co-owner and second member of the Circus Majikus, and I can't feel pain." He gestured to Mayanna with a slight curling of lips, his one good eye glittering with unusual life.

Silverbane woke, her body tingling. Her mind was dull and foggy. She growled and shook her head, but her movements were sluggish and it caused a jolt of pain to go through her. She sighed and stood up. He wrapped her wound, then hid it beneath her black cloak. Not that it would matter, seeing as half of the cloak was soaked with her blood anyway. But you couldn't tell. She started forward, each step agonizing. She barely noticed as the tingling in her body vanished a new thing appeared. In her mind, thoughts buzzed around. What surprised her was that they were listing powers. Can't feel pain, shape-shifts, creates illusions, demon..... The powers listed through her head and she frowned. What she didn't realize was she was standing at the border of the circus camp. 

Alto suddenly growled. "Hang on Kanec. We have another intruder..." he suddenly disappeared, shadows whisping in his wake. When he reappeared, he was human and staring at a tall, slim girl. her hair was long and black and she wore a black cloak that covered her body. What he also noticed was the strong scent of blood around her that dampened the dead smell of necromancy. He smiled. "Silver." he said quietly. The girl's head whipped towards him. He noted the smooth black blindfold around her face and smiled. He opened his arms. "No hugs?" he teased. The girl laughed, but it was strained. "I was never one for hugs. What are you doing here Alto?" She said. her voice was like a whisper in the wind. He shrugged. "I felt like guarding an old circus I once was apart of." He said casually. Silverbane jolted in surprise. "A circus? Of what? Monsters?" She said. The last part was a tease of course. Alto grimaced a smile. "Of a sort." he cocked his head, suddenly confused. "Did you raise the dead again Silver? I smell blood. Lots of blood." He said. There was a cautious note in his voice. He glanced up at Sara's scythe, strapped tightly to Silverbane's back, before looking back into Silverbane's face. He watched as her lips thinned. She was rather pale. Too pale.... "Alto. I'm in a bit of a fix...." Silverbane said. her voice had grown suddenly weary and pain streaked. Alto rushed towards her, fury enveloping him. "What happened Silver?" he demanded. Silverbane looked up into his face. His whole body writhed with purple and black aura. He reached forward to grab her arms, but stopped. he pulled his hands back and looked at them. They glistened with her blood. He looked into Silverbane's face, horrified. She grinned weakly. Then she slumped into his arms. "Silver!" He shouted. He picked her up, cradling her against his chest. Her blood dripped onto his white shirt, staining it red and his blue jeans. Shadows enveloped the two and suddenly, they disappeared. The only thing left was a puddle of blood.

Alto reappeared somewhere near Dravius's van. He sighed, angered, frustrated, and worried for his friend. "Dravius!" he called out. He saw the group with Raphael, Dravius, and the newcomers. He didn't want the newcomers to spy Silverbane, bleeding in his arms, so he kept everything but his face hidden. "Dravius!" he shouted again. 

Ariskye jumped at the sound of Alto's shout, she let out a sharp hiss and slung deeper into the shadows. Crouching on her paws, her crimson eyes glinted in anger as she glared at the face that interupted her concentration. Her anger caused her to knead the ground beneath her forepaws with sharp claws that left deep furrows in the ground with each go-round. The two, long appendages whipped out behind her as she lashed them while attempting to control the anger that slowly mounted into rage.

Kioko pas.sed through the gates and looked around at the many circus vans parked around the clearing.  There were no booths that she could see, however and the girl suddenly realized that the circus might not even be open for business yet.  The only people Kioko could see were gathered in a group by one of the vans.  

The odd looking group appeared to be performers, judging by their unusual looks and costumes.  She headed toward them, intending to ask if the circus was still open.  She checked to make sure her cloak covered her white hair and kept her head bowed so no one would notice her dark crimson eyes before addressing the crowd.

"Um, Hello?  I was wondering, um, is the circus closed?" Kioko shuffled her feet nervously.  She'd never been good at talking to people... 

Dravius's slight smile dropped off his face as he whipped around, spotting Alto's angiushed face. "What the h*ll did you do know, Alto?" He yelled, then looked down at the girl with a hood and looking into the mysteriews of the dirt. He stared at her for a second, then said, "No," With that one word he took off, sprinting to the front door of his wagon, yanking on the knob to no avail. "It's f*ucking locked?" He almost seemed to not belive that it was, then spat out a string of swear words that would make a sailor cover his ears as he vaulted around the van, simply leaping through the large plate glas.s window. Quickly, he opened the door from the inside, ignoring the large shards of window in his arms upper chest, and face.

Digging his long fingernails into a crack in the wall, Dravius pulled hard, openeing a mostly hidden closet filled with gauze, antiseptic, and other first aid supplies. "Come in and put whatever you've got on the bed, and do it fast, because this air is practically dripping with lost blood." Dravius had no idead what was wrong with Alto or whatever he was carrying in his arms, but he knew enough from the look on the demon shifter's face. It was bad, very bad.

With another flung curse, the Co-owner of the Circus Majikus pulled a long, glistening shard of gla.ss from his cheek, flinging it out what was left of the windows. "Gonna take forever to get all the glas.s out." He muttered, looking at Alto.

Alto flinched. Dravius always kind of freaked him out, but he sort of liked Dravius at the saem time. He set Sara on the table and took the cloak off, revealing her face and pale form. He ripped her shirt off, revealing the wound. A single bullet hole rested on her shoulder, just about her heart. He cursed and turned to Dravius. 'What the helll...." he growled, backing away. He grabbed a towel and he pressed it to her wound. She let out a long low whimper as he pressed down hard to stop the flow of blood. 'Who the hell shoots a person?" he growled.

Raphael watched Spider with a curious smile, Maya about to follow on Dravius little talk when the yell from Alto caused her to turn suddenly, Raphael following suit. The Ring Master's face visibly darkened at the sight of Alto and what seemed to be another injured being, and he frowned... Hell, talk about Deja vu...

Maya glanced worriedly at the Ring Master, before turning to see Dravius make for  his van. "Maya." Raphael said shortly. "Want to take care of the new people for me?... I'll be right back."
With that said, the Ring Master sprinted off towards Dravius' van, following Alto in before closing the door behind him with a loud snap.

"What the hell is this, Alto?... You seem to have a habit of bringing drama with you." Raphael said, moving forward to stand by the Demon kid as he looked over the girls wounds, before glancing at Dravius with a sheepish ex
pression... "Yeah... Sorry about the door..."

He turned back to the girl, then looked at Alto, noting the Demon kids ex
pression. "A friend of yours, I take it?" He asked, glancing sideways, his usual cheerful demeanor having evaporated.

Outside the van, Maya frowned slightly, then turned back to Spider and Chi. "I'm sorry. This doesn't often happen, but we do tend to take it on ourselves to help anyone who needs it... I wouldn't worry so much though..." She smiled. "And my name is Mayanna. I can communicate with animals, butterflies being my general preference, naturally."
