"Apple!" Zelkov said, holding up the fruit in his tiny paws for Sigma to eat. They were in a safe area, for now at least. All the mad creatu had deserted the orchard for the moment and the pair had taken the opportunity to grab some much needed food.

Sigma tried not to laugh. He may of been born without eyes but he could easily smell the apple. Zelkov was always doing this, acting like Sigma needed to be helped along. Sigma didn't really mind it, after all, it probably made Zelkov feel like he was needed.

Sigma smiled and took the apple in his mouth, chewing for a moment, before swallowing the entire thing. "Tasty," he commented, causing Zelkov to smile.

"If you want, I can get more!" Zelkov offered, "the orchard is full of them!"

Sigma shook his head. "Zelkov," he began, trying to word his question right, "Aren't you worried about your brother?"

This caught Zelkov's attention, causing the Meiko to frown. Why would Sigma bring up Solisar at a time like this. "No," Zelkov said, shaking his head, "he'll get better. He always gets better."

Sigma frowned but dropped the subject, turning his head upwards as he tried to pull an apple from the tree above him.
