Snowpelt layed in the Queens den. She let out a yawn and waited for someone to bring her in some fresh-kill. She cleared her throat, called for Leo to come near. "Can you get me some fresh-kill?" Snowpelt asked Leo. "Sure." Mewed Leo as she padded off to the fresh-kill pile. She plucked a mouse from the top and troted over to Snowpelt. "Here you go." Leo dropped the mouse at Snowpelts paws. "Thankyou." Snowpelt took a bite of the mouse, and leo left.

((Shadetear and Gingerfrost can mentor someone. Fallenstar perhaps, but he's getting older.)) Silentpaw felt a glare on his pelt and turned to bare his fangs at Nightpaw. "What do you want fox-heart?" He growled to Nightpaw as he padded towards the entrance. "And good morning Ghostpaw." He added cheerily, hoping it got under her brothers fur. Chuckling to himself, the apprentice padded into the forest, not caring anymore if his mentor got annoyed or not. "It always seems cats look down upon me because i'm a rouges kit. Well they don't know anything. One day i'll show them all that I can be a warrior, and that I do have a nice side. Though I don't show it often because them what, they'll probably call me the son of a kitty pet. Stupid Nightpaw is the one that starts most of it." He growled to himself, not watching where he was going. Suddenly he bumped into another cat, and let out a strangled meow. "Sorry!" He told Raven, though he had no idea who she was. |

Ghostpaw groaned and sat up stiffly, Nightpaw sliding off her with a yelp. She sighed and jumped off the rock gracefully, though she stumbled slightly when she landed. She padded to the clearing, wondering where her mentor was.

Nightpaw grumbled as Ghostpaw padded away, licking his flank clean of dust and rock bits. He looked around camp, watching each cat carefully with his emerald green eyes as he searched for his mentor.

Shadetear finally finished scrapping a large burr from his tail fur and sat up, shaking his head to clear the fur that he had to pull out. Glancing over to see Ghostpaw looking around, for what he figured was him, the tom jumped up and trotted over. "Morning Ghostpaw. Ready for a hunting lesson?" He asked cheerily. He knew his apprentices blindness hindered her, but he kept his mouth closed and trained her as he would any apprentice. Something told him that treating her any diffrent would only anger her. But he was not sure really. Gingerfrost sighed as she watched Silentpaw and Nightpaw square off, and was glad her her son, or so she liked to call him, padded off. One day she was going to have to talk to both of them. She blamed neither cat, but all of her anger on the situation was aimed at Fallenstar. He should have to Silentpaw, and the whole clan, the truth sooner. She did not know why the old leader kept it a secret. Finally she padded over to Nightpaw and flicked his shoulder with her tail. "Think you can beat me in a fight?" She asked lightly. "Claws sheathed of course." Grinning, she started for the training hollow, flicking her tail for him to follow.

Ghostpaw nodded silently, watching her mentor with eyes open. Her ice blue irises seemed to bore into the tom, as if she could read all his secrets. "So where are we hunting?" she asked dryly.

Shadetear ignored her tone of voice and tried to remember where him and Fallenstar had patrolled earlier that day. "By the Ancient Oak, the nuts are falling so many smaller animals should be over there." He told her and padded off, keeping a slowish pace once he started into the forest. He did not want any accidents to make her even more prickly.
