((Okay.))

Amie was sitting on the couch watching T.V in the living room when she noticed Navi and grinned, walking up to him. "Hey, Navi," She said softly with a wink. "How're you?"

He walked past her, strides not slowly down, and didn't even look at her as he made his way to the kitchen with the dishes, but right after she asked "How're you?"  He replied with "Good.  You?"  It was, as usual apathetic, and more like he felt he was suposed to say it to make her happy.  Not that he cared.  He was just there to clean and wait for them to ask questions abotu the 'mysterious marks' liek his Alchemist creator, Lorenzo, ordered.

He placed the dishes in the sink and went to the task of washing.

He noticed the winking without even lookign at her.

"I have eyedrops in the bathroom drawr."  He said honestly thinkign she had soem trouble with her eyes.  There weren't many dishes to clean, so he was doen in about five minutes.

Amie turned around at the sound of her name. "Hey, Skylar. It's...going. You?"

Ariskye seemed to appear behind Demi as she watched Amie attempted to flirt with Navi, the emotionless butler. Cocking her head to one side, her thin, black brows furrowed before she shook her head. "If Amie can somehow get Navi to get past his stoic state, I'll be shocked into silence," she said suddenly, but the statement made almost no sense. For Ariskye was already as silent as shadows.

"I'm sure he's just...In his shell."  Demi sighed, as he went to cleanign the floor 9Normally he'd have goen to re-cleanign the counter, but soemeo nhad been sitting on it)

"Any change in the marks?"  She questioned, lookign at her gloved hand.

Ariskye glanced at her wrists before cranning her neck to glance at her upper arms. "Nope," she reported. "But I can't see the one around my neck." Sighing, she raised one hand to use her fingernails to lightly scratch one side of her neck.

"We have to get rid of them,"  Demi said, annoyed, takign a step backwards to bump into a farmiliar face, almost knockign herself over.

"Oh, I'm so sorry, Navi!"  Demi said.  He looked at her, face not seemign the least surprised or annoyed.  He bowed his head the slightest, saying: "It's alright,"  And started to pas$ by, but Demi grabbed hsi arm.  He stopped before she had to tug on his arm, but she gasped lightly and let go of his arm immediatly and looked at her hand liek she stuck in in a cold gooey substance.

"Do you need soemthing, Miss?"  He questioned, not seemign offended.  He still sounded his normal apathetic tone, but it lacked the sluggish style.

"Uhhh....Yeah..."  She muttered, lookign at his arm.  He nodded slightly to encourage her to speak.

"You said we weren't allowed to go into my uncle's office, or your room.  Your room I understand completely, but why can't I go itno my own uncle's office?"

He looked at her a minute as if now knowing what to say, then looked at the wall from the room next to the kitchen visible from the open kitchen door.  It had a large portrait of two men standing next to each other.  It was very old, and was there since Demi's uncle was livign there.

"You told me...They weren't ready yet..."  He said, regaining the sluggish tone to mix so well with the apatheticism in his voice.  )Lol, so not a real word! xD)

"Wha..?  Navi, who are you talking to....Hey, Navi!"  He turned around and started to walk for the stairs, but Demi called him again. 'Damn it, Navi, answer me!" 

"Miss.  It's cleaning time now,"  He said, sten continued u pthe stairs,  "Jerk..."  Demi muttered.  'Did you hear that, Ariskye?  He just blew me off!  And what was that "You told me thing'?"  She growled.

Through a second door in the kitchen Navi appeared, looking at the two on the counter.

 "May I clean the counters?"  He questioned looking at their legs. 

"I also beleive Miss Demitria may want to speak with you all."
