Shadow flaped one of her wings and said in the other hatchling's mind,'Hello!' I stopped and let the two hatchlings interact with one another.
I\'m extremely sorry for my absence. I\'ve been very busy and was recently attacked by 3 dogs and am currently recovering.

Stone looked up at Jen with glittering eyes. 'I made a freind!' Jen gently lowered her to the ground, letting her learn to walk a bit. Stone stumbled around clumsily, but eventually got the hang of it.

Shadow looked down at the hatchling then up at me. She jumped from my hands and flapped her wings quickly. She flew for a few seconds then fell. I caught her before she hit the ground and put her down. "Don't try that yet.",I warned the hatchling as she walked towards Stone. 'What is your name? I'm Shadow.'

Stone let her wings fold up instinctively. "I'm Stone. Nice to meet you, Shadow." She smiled foolishly, shifted her long wings.

"I think your name fits you very well.",Shadow told Stone in clear dragon language. Lily sat down on the ground and smiled at the two hatchlings. 'Atleast you two are friends.',Lily thought,but made sure Shadow couldn't hear that thought.

Stone crouched down, wiggling her body positioning herself. She leaped up, spreading her long wings and flying for the first time, but only for so long. She leaped onto a small airborne bird, biting her teeth into it's neck, killing it instantly.

Shadow batted the grass hopper around,like a cat,before killing it then tossing it away and chasing after a small mouse. She caught the mouse and poked her claws into it's neck,killing it,then brought it to Lily and dropped at her feet. She looked up at Lily and smiled. Lily smiled at the hatchling and rubbed her head,gently.

Stone looked at Jen with a daring look. 'I think I can fly now.' Jen rubbed Stone's wings. "Really?" Stone nodded, turning around. She steadied herself, wiggling here and there. She leaped off Jen's shoulder and soared through the air, wind whistled through her long wings. As an adult, her wings would be about a 14 foot wingspan. She smiled, squinting to see Shadow.

Shadow looked up at Stone and let the electricity bolts surround her body once more. She looked up at Lily and then fluttered her wings,slightly. Lily nodded and whispered,"I guess you could go ahead and try." Shadow crawled up Lily's cloak,using her claws for all her support,and got onto her shoulder. She jumped onto a gust of wind and began to flap her wings. She felt a weightlessness as she flew out of the wind gust and went towards Stone.
