Her padded paws thundered on the frozen scene.  A silent ghost amoungst the mountain's secrets...secrets better left unspoken.  She manuevered her way past the ice caped glaciers and over the frozen pools.  She came to an abrupt halt as she overlooked the high outcrop.  Her fur recoiled revealing human like flesh.  her paws retracting into slender arms and legs.  her throat vibrated as she allowed a low growl to escape her jaws.  A dangerous smile crept across her face as she lunged foward, the rythm of her bare feet against the frozen ground echoed in her ears as she heard her heart beat against her chest.  Dispite the ice, her pace was swift and focused as she jumped a cliff and landed in a low crouch amoung a collection on snow-caped stones.  She gripped the grey rock as  she crept around the boulder, her dark green eyes transfixed on an approaching vessel.  The large metal ship broke through the ice, making its way to the sturdy mountainside.

Jason stood on the deck of the ship, his hands gripping the frozen rail.  His grey eyes overlooked the frozen waters far below.  He leaned in a stiff pose, the frost nipping at his revealed flesh around his face.  Dispite his warm clothing, the cold seemed to inch through...causing him to tremble. 

Chris looked out the closed porthole in the cabin he shared with his brother, Jason.  He pulled on his heavy jacket, wrapping a warm blanket around his shoulders.  The two brothers and a group of other people were venturing to the frozen tundras.  Just for an adventure or something of the sort.  He opened the cabin door and ventured up the vessel's stairs, arriving at the deck where his brother stood.

Jason unclenched his fingers from the rail and turned.  He looked over Yukita, giving a cold, expressionless glare before stalking his way across the deck and down below, without a word to his brother or the newcomer.  He slipped into his cabin, slamming the door heavily behind him.

Chris flinched at his brother attitude but turned to look at Yukita.  "Pardon my brother... he is...rough." he forced a smile towards the girl.  "But yes, I'm Chris... and you must be." He blinked, trying to remember the girls name from the pas.senger list..."...Yukita, correct?" he questioned himself and the girl.  He smiled broadly and overlooked the railing.  "We should dock in an hour or so.  Then comes the trouble of setting up camp." he sighed heavily.  He knew how to pitch a tent, but he didnt know the arrangements.  Would it be a tent, or would a cabin be awaiting their arrival?

"It's ok, I have my rough moment as well. Yeah I'm Yukita and this is Sakira." Yukita said holding up the sword, that was still in its sheath. "I hope we get cabins. There is no way we would survive without actual heating." Her blue eyes reflecting the shine of the snow.

Jared heard the slammed door and ran out, thinking something happened.  He sighed in disappointment when he saw nothing had occured.  He returned to his cabin and relaxed on the bed, which he shared with 2 other boys around his age. 

Jackson came up onto the deck, he couldnt wait to be on land again... his stomach stung from being on a rocky ship for so long.  He sat on the deck, his good friend Grayson at his side.

Grayson was chuckling.  "Come on Jackie." he joked, pulling his frined to his feet.  Jackson groaned but stood up.  The two friends came to a railing on the back of the ship.  Grayson leaned on the bar and watched the ice break away...Jackson sitting next to him.

Rel flapped his snow white wings as he attempted to land on the branch below him. He shut his round blue eyes and landed. When he opened them again, his talons were clenched around the branch so tightly that blood was getting cut off. Her released his grip and looked around, his wise eyes searching for something. Ah, there!

Rel took off from the branch and started to flap his wings. When there were thermals, he stopped the wingbeats and glided across the fgrozen tundra. He landed atop the snow leapard called Mystel. "Hooo... hooo..." He called softly, curious as to what a boat was doing landing in the middle of nowhere...

Mystel didnt stir as Rel approached.  Her angelic human features became apparent behind the stone.  She anwsered him in a light whisper.  "Humans." she stated, a dark gleam shimering in her emerald eyes, the rest of her face expressionless.  It has been awhile since the last mortal spotting, but now it was shown... they had returned for another fight, which they would now doubt loose.

Chris shrugged.  "Dont know.  I'm hoping for cabins, but you never know." he sighed heavily.  He looked out, seeing land was approaching quicker and quicker.  He smiled at this.  "We'll be docking soon." he reported in a relieved sort of tone.

"Alright." Rel said, hopping off of her back as she told him this. He stood upright and started to grow. His wings shranks and became no more, just swirl markings on his back, arms, and hands in the shape of them. Hair elongated like spagetti from his scalp. The white feathers slurped back into his body reaveling pale skin. His beak became a mouth and his tongue ran along the sharp, needle like teeth in his mouth.

His round eyes became human shaped with silver flecks in the purple. His hair became brown colored and clothes swirled around him. Rel wore a white robe, underneath was a pair of shorts and a light t-shirt. Althoguh he was human, he was still immune to the cold. His robe had a hood which he pulled over his head.

"Oh yes, we are going to have some fun." He licked his lips. He didn't want to eat the humans, but there blood was a whole other matter...

((No, he is not a vampire, but he can't eat mice in his human form and I just guessed...

"Good." Yukita turned, not noticing that her sword's sheath had almost bumped into Chris. She walked up to the very edge of the boat.

Myst remained silent.  The invisible breeze blew her garments, revealing her fair skinned bare legs.  She looked at Rel and smiled, turning and glancing down at the unsuspecting mortals... the fun had only begun.

Chris jumped away from the sheath.  "careful." he joked, hoping atop the railing and sitting down.  He dangled his feet over the edge of the boat, knowing if he slipped it would be his end.  He wasnt scared, as soon as the boat docked he would slide into the snowdrifts.
