''Someone special''. That's what his acquaintance had said. Did Michael have someone special? Although Michael put on the countenance of a prick, he was a big softie on the inside. So when Abadon asked him that, he just waved absent-mindedly, and scoffed,'' Abadon, man...really? You think I would date a chick? No, mate. I'm all about flings!''

While saying that though, Michael felt a deep pang, and tried to hide it by putting on a confident and cocky smile. Why wouldn't that golden haired beauty look at him the same way he looked at her? Oh, the world and it's treacherous ways. This is what facades help you with. They put a cork on all the disappointment guzzling inside.  

"You talk big for a kid, but I know as well as you do you want something more than just a fling... So who is she?" Blare replied with a smile as she studied Michael after he had spoke.

She noticed the facade he was trying to put up, but saw though it for a quick moment.

Blare was female, so she was able to think like one, she was also like a guy... Allowing her to know a few things about them.

She then went to digging through one of the pockets on the inside of her bag.

Michael stared in shock at the girl. How had she done that? How had she known? He immediately tensed, and looked at her coldly,'' If I were you, I wouldn't be so confident. This boy you're talking to will never get into something as complicated as a relationship alright?''

He looked away from her, and bit his lip harshly. He hadn't wanted to snap at her like that. However, he didn't want to back down on what he believed in, or at least what the world thought he believed in. He looked over at Abadon, and said,'' What do you say, mate? Do you think I can be tied down by something as frivolous as a girl?''

He looked over at Blare, and added,'' No offense though, Blare. You're pretty alright,'' 

Abadon looked up, his concentration on the picture of his girlfriend finally broken, "I don't know about a girl but I'm sure if you met the right person, male or female you couldn't stop yourself being tied to them." He chuckled, "I know that's the way it is with me and Jess."

(Not sure if I had given her a name yet, so I'll stick with that one.)

He stretched his neck slightly, bringing forth two clicks. "Got to say though Mich, if I weren't taken I'd probably be flirting with you right now." He smiled sarcastically, knowing just how to make anyone straight squirm.

Blare laughed slightly and looked out the window at Abadon's small joke.

She then looked back at Michael. "I'm not confident being I'm not you... And honestly I can see you with some one in due time..." She said with a slight shake of her head.
