Fallingstar nodded, and kept that in mind. 'Their warrior ceremonies will be tomorrow.' He thought. He then turned to the last cat, Earth. "Leafshadow, you are a stealthy and loyal warrior. I trust you to teach and pa.ss on your skills to Earthpaw."He waited for some time for the apprentice to touch noses with the mentor. Fallingstar then raised his voice. "EmberClan welcomes these new apprentices." Signalling that the meeting is over, Fallingstar quickly leapt off the high rock.

Dreamstone saw Pantherclaw and Hailstorm whispering to their leader. Dreamstone slowly made her way to Fallingstar, who just finished addressing the clan. "Fallingstar." She whispered. "Yes, Dreamstone?" Her leader pricked his ears. "I just want to say, Blizzardpaw is ready, even though he has not been as.sessed, he fought bravely today to defend his Clanmates." Fallingstar nodded his head. "Alright then. He will participate in the naming ceremonies tomorrow, along with Coalpaw and Icepaw. For now, get some sleep." Fallingstar then headed back to his den. Dreamstone exhaled in relief, and went to the warriors den.

Coalpaw looked at Icepaw. "Aren't you excited?" He said. "We're going to be warriors, along with Blizzardpaw!" He felt like bouncing up and down. "Come on, let's show Earthpaw, Skypaw and Scorchpaw the apprentice dens!" Coalpaw wandered off, looking for the three apprentices. "Skypaw, Earthpaw, Scorchpaw! Let's go to the apprentice den." He waved his tail at the three cats.

Rainflower looked at Duskpaw, going into the apprentice's den. Fighting the urge to follow her apprentice, Rainflower slowly trudged back to the warrior den, settling down to sleep. She settled down beside Dreamstone, who's slow breath meant that she was already in a deep sleep.

Nightowl bounced up and down, watching Coalpaw lead his new friends into the apprentice's den. "Aw, lucky cat." He said to himself, as he briskly walked into the warrior's den. "Gooood night, Rainflower." He said to his littermate. [Yush. I have decided to make them littermates] He heard her give him a small hiss in reply. "Ah, geez. Not my fault you got the hyperactive apprentice." He said, thinking of his apprentice, Deathpaw.

[[I just noticed. Does Nightowl have the same name as that person in Watchmen? x.x]]

Scorch smiled at Shadowstorm, his amber eyes bright. "It feels strange," he admitted to his mentor, "I mean, to be part of a family that contains more than your littermates. It's a bit overwhelming, after living with just Sky...Skypaw and Earthpaw for moons."

Skypaw glanced up at her mentor, "You're deputy, right?" she mewed, curious to know about her mentor so that she could please him.

Flamestrike looked down at Skypaw, his amber eyes glinting with amusement. "That I am," He replied. "You three should get some rest. We shall start your apprentice training tomorrow," He said, taking note of how late it was. He looked up as Duskpaw approached. He ran his tail along her flank affectionately, as he always did to show he was proud of her. "Being blind never mattered," He purred. "That's a huge catch," He mewed. "Why don't you take it to Fallingstar?" He suggested.

Shadowstorm let out a small purr. "You'll get used to it and in a way, the whole Clan really are your littermates," She replied and cuffed Scorchpaw on the ears affectionately. "We should follow Flamestrike's advice and you should get to bed," she purred.

Icepaw twitched her whiskers in dissappointment. "I thought for sure we would be warriors tonight," She mewed crossly before padding off to join Coalpaw.

((aw guys. I gotta ditch again. Don't go too far ahead XD....again!))

Scorchpaw ducked his head and grinned, "Alright. Earthpaw, Skypaw!" he called, setting off to where he had seen the other apprentices enter. He slipped through the hanging brambles and found a small spot that was not yet taken, next to a nest that smelled like Icepaw. He turned around a few times and settled in comfortably.

Skypaw had found a nest next to Coalpaw, whose familiar scent calmed her and helped her get to sleep, for she was nervous about the coming day.

Earthpaw lay down next to Scorchpaw, her pelt brushing against his. She tucked her head under her tail and closed her eyes, letting the anxiety wash off her pelt like water off a leaf.

Icepaw padded under the gorse covering to the apprentice's den and tried to hide her dissappointment to see that Skypaw had taken a nest next to Coalpaw. Icepaw took her nest to the right of his and found Scorchpaw settling in next to hers. She climbed into her nest crossly, not caring that her claws tore up some of the moss and embedded into her claws. She settled down quickly and closed her eyes. Her nose was closest to Coalpaw's bedding. She breathed in his familiar scent and fell asleep quickly.

Blizzardpaw padded into the apprentice's den and yawned once he got into his nest behind Icepaw. He tripped over her tail and she hissed angrily. "Sorry," He muttered, wondering why she was being so crabby. He settled in quickly and fell asleep almost instantly, worn out from his battle with Runningpaw.

Scorchpaw could hear Icepaw scrabble around in her nest like she was irritated and gave a small yawn, twitching his whiskers in amusement as she hissed at Blizzardpaw as he tripped over her tail. He closed his eyes tightly and wondered what he would do the next day.
