Jesse poked his head out the door, blinking. "Ero's right here," he said, turning around and steering Ero out the door. "See? I told you he was here." He smiled, head tilted again. I feel a teensy-weensy bit jealous.

Espen blushed again, but managed to walk fast enough to trail behind Altair. His hand tightened on Altair's, but loosened after just a second. For a moment, he thought, staring at Altair's back. I thought I was getting dizzy. He smiled. It was probably just Altair.

Shayde turned towards the other voice, sighing. "No, I'm afraid I can't see," he stated, his own pair of wolf ears poking out of his hair so he could better judge where the other -three?- students were. He hated being blind. It made his life so much more difficult.

Altair soon steered them towards the place they were supposed to go, looking around for the person who was going to tell them which dorm they were supposed ot go to, blinking a couple times before looking over at Espen with a small grin.

"Oh," Jesse's smile faded, and he frowned. "Sorry. That was a little insensitive..." Almost immediately, Jesse's mode had flickered from happy-go-lucky to all rainy and sad. Sad face. he thought.

Espen smiled back at him, walking up so he could stand at Altair's side. He kept staring up at him, like he was awed by the fact that he was being smiled at. Or, maybe, he was just thinking about things he tended to think about.

Orchid's eyes widened as she watched the transformation infront of her. Ero never allowed her to watch him shift. 

"Wahh!! thats so cool! I never seen a shift," A wider grin appeared on her face before slightly decreasing again, "Well do you want me to show your room then?" She grabbed the black haired boy's arm to show her that she knows he's blind. It was a sad thing. Not to be able to see anything. 

"How did you know Ero was there? How did you even know Ero?" A Confused flower asked tilting her head, "Ero! Someone knows you!" The pink haired boy's head tilted with his name being called multiple times.

"Yeah yeah coming," Ero sighed giving Jesse another smile as he was pushed out. A small blush still on his face, "Huh? Is that you Shayde? I haven't seen you in ages. Are you in this school now?" His head turned to Jesse then Orchid.

"Long time ago, too long for me to explain everything," He simply said to try and make the two non shifters understand, "This is Shayde Nightclaw, Shayde these are my roommates and best friends, Orchid Florence and Jesse," He gave Jesse a warm grin.

"Orchid will help you get you your room!" The flower named girl interrupted their reunion, "After we can go to the canteen with all of us!"

I'm his best friend? Jesse tilted his head, mood changing again. Okay, that works for me. Happy face. He smiled. It was possible that Jesse was either bipolar or insane, or maybe it was just his weird, but cute personality that made him seem insane.

Shayde chuckled softly, ears twitching. "I may be blind, but my other senses work just fine," he told her before returning his attention to Ero, grinning lightly. "Hey Ero. And yeah, though not exactly of my own free will. My parents decided I was going to go to a boarding school, which I thought was pretty idiotic considering I wouldn'tbe able to see to navigate to the different clas-srooms." He frowned a bit, tilting his head.

"Not to mention how many students there must be here. All that noise and everything else will make it even worse," he muttered, sighing heavily afterwards.

Then he turned towards the boy who had spoken moments ago, who he guessed must be Jesse. "It's nice to meet you two. I wish I could see what you look like," he said before returning his attenion to Ero, moving closer to sniff at him.

"Ero...do you have a rose in your hair?" he asked, judging this based on the height from which the scent was the most prominent. He chuckled softly. "It actually mixes well with your scent," he added before looking over at the girl, Orchid, he figured, with a smile. "Thank you," he told her as he reached into his pocket to pull out a slip of paper, handing it to the girl.

Altair leaned over the desk to peer around, pouting when he found no one. "Well...where did the person go?" he muttered. He wanted to know his dorm so he could choose his bed and sleep. 

( o3o Dunno what I should do with Jesse. )

"Ring the bell!" Espen chirped, smacking his hand down on the little metal bell. He cried out, holding his hand close to his face and trembling slightly. "Ow, ow, ow, ow... Okay, note to self: don't ever do that again." He moved his hand away from his face, shaking it out as if he could shake the pain away.

When the bell rang with its high-pitched note, which was followed by Espen's pained cry, Altair jumped, a bit startled. He took a few deep breaths to calm himself before looking over at the male beside him. He used his free hand to gently grab it and pull it over, placing a light kiss on the area he guessed had hit the bell. It might help to take Espen's mind off of the pain he was obviously in.

Altair had been right. Espen went red, pulling his hand back to himself and holding it to his chest. He turned away, trying to calm -- -the fu-ck down! he thought.

"What can I do for you?" asked the receptionist, coming from the back room. "...And, what's wrong with him?" She pointed to Espen, who glanced at her before, turning back around.

"I'm okay," he announced, standing straight.

Altair managed to stifle a bout of giggles --yes, giggles-- as he turned his attention tot he receptionist. "We're here form our dorm numbers, ma'am," he told her, smiling at her to seem all nice and friendly. Truth was, as he had said before, out of anyone he had ever known, he had talked with Espen the longest.

And his smiles were different, too. He was forcing the smile with the receptionist, though he learned how to do it so well that nobody except those who had actually seen him smile could tell the difference. 

"I see," The receptionist sat down at her computer, shaking the mouse to get it to wake up. "Okay, names?"

Espen spoke quickly, "Espen! Espen Cordell!"

The lady who had absolutely no idea that Altair was faking his smile, typed in Espen's name. She tilted her head, saying, "Mmkay. Room number 119, and you've got one roommate. Huh. You've both got pretty unique names, so maybe that means you two'll get along well."

"What's the other guy's name?" Espen asked, looking hopeful.

"Altair...Esmiro." the receptionist replied.

Espen could've fainted, but he simply put a hand to his head, growing dizzy. There is no way she just said Altair's name. I'm not that lucky...Well, then again...

((Shayde can be Ivan's roomie if ya want. ^_~))

"Of course silly." Jordyn grinned and jumped off the swing and landed perfectly on her feet.

((I'm thinking, they've already started patrol, so Jordyn can't sneak back into her dorm, so she'll have to room with Drew tonight.))

Drew simply stepped off his swing, smiling at Jordyn. "Show off," he said, rubbing the back of his neck. He stretched, yawning. "Mmm, it's been a long day..."

Altair moved to wraap an arm around Espen, just to make sure he wouldn't end up falling over. He was glad that Espen was his roommate and not some jerk jock or something. He could talk with Espen, while he simply talked at most others. He figured he was going to enjoy this year.

Espen blushed lightly, and, not realizing the receptionist was gone, blushed even more. "We...should probably get to our room, Altair." he said. If he had realized that it was just the two of them, he would've wound his own arms around Altair, probably just to get him to hold him, not because he felt faint.

Altair nodded, starting off. He moved slowly, carefully, so that Espen wouldn't end up falling tot he floor.
