Jadewing padded out of the camp as the patrol was heading back. Pas.sing them she mewed, "Nice catch" as she headed out. The scentof starling and magpie overwhelmed her as she appproached an oak tree.Dropping into the hunters crouch she kept her emerald eyes on the black and white bird in front of her. She quickly stalked towards ut and punced, killing it with a swift bite to the neck. Praying silent thanks to StarClanshe picked up the magpie and headed back to camp.

Snowdrift tilted her head, "well who would just abandom kits like this! Certainly no warrior!" her mouth gaped in disbelief that the kits had been just left behind on purpose.
